functions and increase sales of the company as well.

on their behaviour and characteristics (Bolman, and Deal
2017).

• Adequate leadership helps the managers to ensure that the
employees are effectively motivated in the workplace environment
and they do not face any struggle in implementing their business
functions.
• Adequate leadership activities also helps the management in
guiding the employees in the right direction (Mullen, Kelloway,
and Teed 2017).
• Leadership helps the business to maintain unity in the functions
and attain sustainable competitive advantage as well.
