Summary
To design all the products following layout and designed detailed sketches are preparied
by me this inlcudesb A4 2 page newsletter, an A4 flyer and a 4 page folded booklet. As per my
investigation of newsletters, flyers and booklets, there are different pattern, contast, structure and
reptition, alingment and proximity were taken care. For this complete design and structure
building Microsoft publishers 2017 was used. For completing all the mentioned things I need to
decide which fonts type, size, allingment, templets, background, font colour, what all elements
can be used to influence more target audience and areas where content is to be placed. The
layout, structure and content included must be specific and should be clear to the readers.
This part of the report demonstrates the different images that will help to show how logos
are design and what was done for completing the front page of booklet. It will be applied for the
newsletter and A4 flyer. The pictures are manipulated using Format tools Ribbon in Microsoft
Word along with this various pictures and other things are included such as gliffy online site
which is freely available for such design. The formatting includes removing the picture
background, cropping and inserting pictures and using ‘Artistic Effects’, ‘Colour’, and
‘Corrections’ tools. There were some images that were larger than the format so they were
cropped to shape and grouped together. The logo and the gym title will be placed in newsletter,
booklet and the A4 flyer. The grouped pictures will be used in the front page of the booklet. I
have also chosen some shapes using the ‘Shapes’ tool and then manipulated them in various
colours and sizes.
