their future development. The company needs to consider ethical, legal and moral issues on
information system. In order to gather, storing, manipulate and communicate information these
are also keeps importance in today's world. The firm should update firewall based on access of
information, misuse of data within and outside the organisation so reliability can be maintained.
The use of the expert system and Artificial intelligence can be integrated so that better decision
making and analytical solution can be gained by the organisation where improvement can be
made through the knowledge based, data based, inference engine and explanation facility.
CONCLUSION
From this project report it has been concluded that Information technology is now
necessity for every organisation. Without it firms will be unable to perform many of their
activities. It is required for proper communication and flow of information. In this report
particular focus is provided on the Amazon company which uses IT for various process. From
the report it was found that cited venture can effectively manage, store and process data related
to various management. Further, finding regarding the value added changes for heightening firm
operation, performance and sustainability is shown. Lastly, recommendation are provided which
can be adopted by Amazon.
