Therefore, it remain crucial for King ...VII college to improve its quality of services and try to make its workforce to remain adaptive, responsive or diverse so that it keep up with the technology so that best possible learning can be provided to students (McKnight and et. al., 2016). This is so because potential students make up their decisionby firstly evaluating the reputation of institute, quality of courses, employment options, pricing and personal recommendations among other factors(Chiu and Cheng, 2017). Methods Forperformingthisstudyfollowingtoolsandtechniqueshasbeentakeninto consideration, Type of Investigation:-The investigation is mainly performed with the help of two methodssuchasqualitativeandquantitativemethods.Amongthemqualitative investigationwill beused asithelpin gatheringtheinformationby considering qualitative facts that make it easier to explain the information by considering theories and concepts. Research approach :-In order to perform investigation two kind of approaches are mainly used such as inductive and deductive. For this study inductive approach will be used as consider theoretical framework to present things in more understanding manner and also support in determining mainly issue behind particular phenomenon. Research philosophy :-An investigation is based on research philosophy used for a particular study such as interpretivism and positivism. From these two, interpretivism philosophy is used for this study which make it easier for determining the view point of people so that information can be presented in effective manner.
ď‚·Research design :-For performing appliedresearch two type of research design can be used such as descriptive and exploratory. From these descriptive research design is used as it help in making proper identification of a particular phenomenon and its impact. ď‚·Sources of data :-For gathering information two sources are used such as primary and secondary. For determining the areas to be improve for learning primary study is taken into consideration as it help in gathering fresh information as per the current situation. Hence for gathering primary information questionnaire will be used where information will be gathered from 50 students as a sample size that get selected using probablistic approach. Results For analysing the gathered and recorded data, thematic analysis will be taken into consideration as it help in presenting a theme for each question in the form of short summary that help in providing reader an idea regarding the direction toward which information is moving so that they can develop understanding regarding it(Lee, Longhurst and Campbell, 2017). From this it has been identified that the majority of people are in favour of promoting career growth as learning support students in determining their area of expertise where they can
perform well. This further contribute toward supporting the students in moving toward right direction for their career which ensure growth and success in future. But on the other side 15 respondents said that by providing study material students learning can be promoted, while 15 said building up practice time would be best method to develop student learning. From this it has been concluded that the majority of people are in favour that active learning would be best method as by providing practical knowledge along with theoretical one then it become quite easier to develop effective learning among students. Interpretation :Institutions plays a significant role in providing better career growth as well as opportunity to students by make them aware about particular role that they perform in order to develop their career. By performing investigation over this it has been identified that 15 out of 50 respondents said that institutions provide guidance to their students which support in better career growth. While on the other hand 10 respondents said that institution can keep their students connect through email even after they leftover college, for providing them information regardingcareerpathtochoose.Despiteofallthis25respondentssaidthatpersonal development seminar would be more helpful in providing better career growth and opportunity to student by counselling them over making better choice on career. Hence from interpretation it has been identified that the majority of people are in favour of personal development seminar as it support in developing and preparing the students for future opportunity so that they become able to choose best career path and achieve success over it. Theme 7: Challenges faced by students at the time of learning in institute Q7 What kind of challenges faced by students at the time of learning in institute? Frequency a) Inappropriate guidance25 b) Negative environment10 c) Lack of study material15 Interpretation :There are number of challenges that a student mainly faces at the time of their learning throughout their institute life duration. By performing study over this it has been identified that 25 out of 50 students said that inappropriate guidance is the major challenge as it put down whole career of a student at risk. While on the other side 10 respondents said that negative environment is major challenge as students fail to grow. But despite of this 15 respondents said that lack of study material is the major challenge that students mainly faces at the time of their learning throughout the institution. From this it has been identified that the majority of people said that inappropriate guidance is a biggest challenge to the students at the time of their learning as it directly affect the way student prepare themselves for their career and future pathway.
Theme 8: Approaches adopted by institute for provide better learning to students Q8 What approaches must be adopted by institute for provide better learning to students? Frequency a) Lecture with electrical equipment15 b) Providing practical knowledge15 c) Regular performance evaluation20 Interpretation :From the above mentioned information it can be interpret that 15 out of 50 respondents said that lecture with electrical equipment support educational institutes in providing better learning to the students. But on the other side 15 respondents said that by providing practical knowledge institutes would be able to provide better learning to students. Despite of this 20 respondents said that regular performance evaluation would be more helpful method that support in enhancing the learning of students.By performing evaluation of data it has been identified that the majority of people are in favour of regular performance evaluation as ithelpindetermininghowwellstudentsareperformingandareawheretheyrequire improvement to enhance the learning of students. Impact The current research finding is all about the area of improvement that King ...VII college must consider for improving its learning practices. Therefore this research findings will support in presenting organisation regarding the changes it require to made for current learning practices. This in turn required King ..VII college to make changes to their organisational policies and procedures accordingly. This includes, it must focuses toward adding some electric equipments or Information Communication Tools (ICT) in order to deliver the lectures in best possible manner. In addition to this it must also includes some extra practices related with the student learning to develop the practical knowledge(Sumuer, 2018). Therefore, in order to implement these practices King ...VII college must focuses toward formulating effective policies and practices so that it can be performed appropriately as per planned.

Additionally it also help in determining the attributes to be consider while enhancing student learning such as interest area of students, developing effective learning environment and using prompts to effectively deliver the knowledge and understanding. Hence, it can be said that strategy used for applied research is helpful as it help in gathering basic information in term of changing current practices of organisation for making learning practices improved as per future requirement(Mackenzie and et. al., 2012). In order to gather information for this study, questionnaire is used as per applied research strategy which is relevant for this study as it support in gathering information over specific set of area specified with the questionnaire(Gioia, Corley and Hamilton, 2013). This support in determining the most favourable factor to be consider for brining improvement over current learning system. Further research The current investigation focuses over the tools, approaches and methods to be add into current education system in order to enhance the quality of learning so that the students would be able to develop a better career. But this research is not about categorising the approaches as per particular field of study as each course holds up different requirement which need to be address separately(Flick, 2015). Hence, for further study this research gap would be consider in future
that support in providing best possible outcome toward enhancing the education system of an institute.
