an organisation named as JSK drinks and drinks company. It is a sole proprietorship company
which used to manufacture soft drinks and other kinds of drinks which helps the customers to
boost their immunity level (Baratoux, Bozentka and Van Roey, 2020). As in this pandemic
situation due to covid-19 everyone wants to avail such products which help them to boost their
immunity power of the body. In order to satisfy the needs and wants of the targeted customers
JSK drinks and drinks company has planned an innovative idea in order to develop a immunity
booster soft drink for their customers. This helps them to capture a competitive market in an easy
manner.

Retail sector industry is engaged in the process of selling the goods and services to the
end users through multiple channels of distribution in order to earn profits from it. It plays an
important role as it is the link between wholesaler and customers. In this industry, JSK drinks
and drinks organisation has developed business plans in order to provide the immunity booster
soft drinks to their targeted customers (Baron, 2021). In the United Kingdom There are several
companies which used to provide different drinks in order to boost the immune system on
consumption. It is a difficult task in the current industry in order to get sustainable growth as

drinks but they are charging very high amounts as those companies earn more profits from their
customers. Customers from the lower and middle income cannot afford such immunity booster
drinks easily because these companies are charging high amounts.

Porter's five forces is a model which helps the company to identify and analyse the five
competitive forces in order to shape their industry and helps them to analyse the strength and
weaknesses of an organisation. This model is applied in any segment of the economy so that the
organisation can understand the level of competition within the competitive market and also
increase the long-term profitability of the organisation.
Competition in the industry:
Out of five forces the first force talks about the number of competitors and their ability to
undercut a company (Capano and Galanti, 2021). The large number of competitors along with
the number of equivalent products and services which are offered by such competitors makes it
difficult for the organisation in order to survive in the competitive market. The buyers and
suppliers will not prefer to avail the products and services of an organisation if they failed in
offering them better offers and lower prices products as compared to their competitors
(Coulibaly, Erbao and Mekongcho, 2018). But when the competitive travel forms are low then a
company can have a great power to charge higher prices of their products and services in order to
achieve higher profitability.
Potential of new entrants into the industry: The power of a company can also be affected
by the force of new entrants into the existing market. Competitors can enter into the
company's market at lesser time and cost and also be effective as competitors as they can
establish your equivalent position. The organisation always has strong barriers to entry in
order to charge higher prices and enjoy the negotiated better terms competitive market.
This helps them to survive for a longer period of time in the market.
Power of suppliers: third factor talks about how easily the supplier can drive up the cost
of imports. This usually affects the number of suppliers of the material in the competitive
market, how unique they provide their imports and how much they are charging a cost in
order to switch to another supplier (Cunningham and Menter, 2021). When there are less
