INTRODUCTION
Google is an multinational company founded in 1998 by Sergey brin and Lerry Page and
popularly known for its search engine. During the few years of commencement in google'
competitors included Alta vista,Yahoo,Excite and Lycos but within a few years google become a
leading organisation that its brand name become the emblem to conduct a web search. It pioneer in
internet related products and services added online advertising technologies,search engine , cloud
computing ,web page and operating system development. There mission is to organise the world's
information and make it universally accessible and useful (Bowers and Khorakian, 2014).
Artificial intelligence is a technology that works on create the machines as intelligent as
humans on the other way building a computer, a computer controlled robot or a software think
wisely (Chrisman and et. al., 2015). Google AI previously known as Google Research it's rebrand of
google AI at Google I/O at 2018. AI provides value based on consumer responses, less cost and
profit generation.
In Consumer Response, fast reaction by the organisation to the queries and activities of the
customer. AI powered digital solutions are prepared to improve every aspect of business which
includes customer experience , its response towards loyalty, brand, reputation and provides
information to company to make necessary changes according to needs of customer. AI helps in
reducing or cutting cost as all the work is operated on machines. It reduces paper work for
company as well as record data of many users which doesn't require respective organisation to hire
particular individuals for handling data work and reduces cost for company.
Profit generation- AI provides competitive edge to e-commerce business and is becoming
readily to companies with any size of budget. AI enables shoppers to discover associated products
