What aspects of your development process do you think worked well and why? Evaluate
all aspects of the project (e.g. initial research, concept development, development

I created research questions and objectives at the beginning of the investigation, which helped
me to continue the work in a systematic manner. After determining the research aim and
objectives, I began working on identifying appropriate sources for data collection and analysis. I
drew conclusions from all of these sources so that all readers could easily understand them.

I encountered several difficulties while conducting research, including a lack of time
management skills and communication skills with respondents. I found myself lacking in time
management because I was unable to complete my activities on time. I was able to resolve this
issue by using a Gantt chart as a time scheduling tool, which resulted in the achievement of
objectives. This aided me in completing each task and activity on time. The other issue of
communicating and interacting with the selected number of respondents was resolved by
continuing to practise and take soft skills classes.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
The current study assisted me in learning that workplace transformation is necessary in order to
remain competitive in the market. I've learned that adapting to changing circumstances is
critical because it has numerous benefits for people.

The following strengths were identified in the current study: I am good at problem solving and I
have good writing skills. Some identified weaknesses of the current study include: I am not good
at time management.
