and secondary sources of data to ensure an ample and sufficient amount of
information to meet and achieve the current objective. The primary data would be
collected using a questionnaire, while the secondary method would involve the
analysis of an online collection of articles and journals.

questionnaire is essentially a written document that includes a set of questions
based on a specific topic. Furthermore, using the random method of sampling, a
sample size of 30 participants was chosen from Bentley Motor Ltd employees. For

The problem I encountered while conducting the current research was related to the research on

In the current study, I am having difficulty achieving the aims and objectives of determining the

What problems you have encountered, and what steps taken to address them?
I'm having trouble interpreting data and finishing the project at the end of the current study. This
problem was solved by me by creating a questionnaire with a sample size of 30 respondents and
interpreting the results using a graph. Based on my research, I came to the conclusion that the
concept of a digital innovative workspace could be used to transform a company.

Did your work succeed in achieving your aims? How do you know? Specifically, please
outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, the researcher's project was successful in meeting its objectives by collecting a variety of
data on various topics.
What aspects of your development process do you think worked well and why? Evaluate
all aspects of the project (e.g. initial research, concept development, development
process, presentation, etc.) from a range of perspectives.
I created research questions and objectives at the beginning of the investigation, which helped
me to continue the work in a systematic manner. After determining the research aim and
objectives, I began working on identifying appropriate sources for data collection and analysis. I
drew conclusions from all of these sources so that all readers could easily understand them.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?

I encountered several difficulties while conducting research, including a lack of time
management skills and communication skills with respondents. I found myself lacking in time
management because I was unable to complete my activities on time. I was able to resolve this
issue by using a Gantt chart as a time scheduling tool, which resulted in the achievement of
objectives. This aided me in completing each task and activity on time. The other issue of
communicating and interacting with the selected number of respondents was resolved by
continuing to practise and take soft skills classes.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
The current study assisted me in learning that workplace transformation is necessary in order to
remain competitive in the market. I've learned that adapting to changing circumstances is
critical because it has numerous benefits for people.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of your process that you have identified?
The following strengths were identified in the current study: I am good at problem solving and I
have good writing skills. Some identified weaknesses of the current study include: I am not good
at time management.
I'm not very good at communicating.
How could your process improve for the future?
In the future, the process can be improved by verifying information from multiple sources.
