The application software has certain impacts on the decision making process. In order to eliminate all those challenges certain standardizations like six sigma can be considered as the parameter of the evaluation of the scope of the project. The information are the raw materials for the decision making process. There are various applications and services provided by the software giants which process the information and helps the organizations and project managers in the decision making process (Nejib, Beyer & Yakabovicz,2017). These software companies claim that their software are accurate in the processing of the information (Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin & Abdul Hamid,2013).
