Strengths
1. Relation to my future career as an event manager or a marketer:
According to the experience at Mc Donald’s when I was in high school, it helped me
to learn about team organising as well as good time management. I can also work under high
pressure environment.
I communicate well with my team as well as my client. Ability to ask key questions and
listen customer to find just the right marketing angle.
2. I do well in:
Enhanced organisational skills by organising training sessions, events and seminars.
Strengthened interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to learn new things quickly.
3. Others see as my strengths are:
Organising skills as I know how to allocate job for trainees, providing training to crew
members and responding to customer queries (Woźniak & Fill, 2018).
Clean and organized workplace frequently to present optimal buying environment to
customers
Assisting and advising on purchases and services as it help to archive the business
budget.
Weaknesses
1. Areas I am lacking in relation to my future career are:
Not enough professional knowledge.

Lack of the field-related experience.
2. I could improve on:
I sometime hesistate to talk with strangers, so I feel lost when doing class activity with
classmate or outgoing activities with colleague.
3. I have fewer resources and networks than others in:
Only working as an administration at a bride shop, i am not able to use my creativity
for my job while the business minimise the marketing.
4. Others see as my weaknesses:
I am nervous when presenting ideas to clients, and this fear of public speaking often
takes the passion out of my presentations.
I have put too much pressure on myself, have to do everything quickly make it suffer
on work quality result.
Opportunities
1. Opportunities that are open to me:
The first opportunity is brand reputation. Many companies have fallen because of poor
reputation (Brooks, Heffner, & Henderson, 2014).
2. Trends that I would take advantage of:
The technology is ever-changing, I would ensure that I keep up with the updated
technology for the smooth and efficient running of the business.
3. How I could turn my strengths into opportunities:
