INTRODUCTION
Internet is the device which is used to connect the people globally through computers.
They can use various method to communicate their views, thoughts, ideas and other important
discussions are also carried forward through this process. As internet was emerged in 1970 but it
is not available to public. They are made available to public in 1990 and by 2015 approx, 3.2
billion people access to the internet and use their services. The best way interest is useful is
through communication process (Hills and et.al., 2016). As the people can easily communicate
through calling, sharing information through email or any other data which they can transfer
easily. Present report is based on communication through email or use of web to maintain their
sustainability in business. Report will include different types of email providers and their
application for suitability in business. It also includes various skill which is needed to evaluate
the resources at the time of communication.

LO 3 Differentiating two email providers to compare and contrasts their features.
Internet is the best way to communicate with two or more people at the same time and
discuss the important matters if it can be in terms of business. It helps the person to take an
effective decision making and also they are secured if they are protected with secured password
and from hackers. Usually the internet are not secured if the IP passwords are not update timely.
As every system or technology requires the up gradation and their passwords are secured from
the trust worthy holder and the same duty is assigned to them regarding the protection
(Kavanagh and O'Rourke, 2016). As mainly companies, complete data and information are
secured in their emails and their conversation and matter regarding the topic which they
discussed are also safely insert in email.
But it results in more chances of theft is any person wants to damage their reputation and
goodwill in the market. As company working strategy and their technique to achieve goals, their
data to beat the competitor and maintain their position can also be access through Internet by nay
hackers. So they are safely protected from various protectors or security holder to protect such
data (Ellaway and et.al., 2015). The two email provider which are mostly used by companies or
any other person such as gmail and yahoo. As yahoo email is the service which is established in
1997 by the American company. It is also considered to be the third largest web services in the
whole world. Gmail was launched on 1st April 2004 by Google LLC.

The major difference between gmail and yahoo is that yahoo have more user and
subscriber than gmail and it is considered to be more effective for business use. As yahoo mail
screen shows more information and matter in relation to email in other way gmail only shows
mail in their screen. In case of yahoo, to access for POP they charge according to their usage of
that app similarly in case of gmail, to use POP they use free access and no time limit for it (Kim
and Yang, 2016). As gmail is launched by the google and google is considered to be the big
company and they provide access to various sites and gmail account can be used on sites such as
you tube, google docs and many more sites. While in case of Yahoo they use on surfing with
yahoo mails and yahoo messengers on it (Difference between Yahoo Mail and Gmail, 2019). In
case of yahoo, the user can search for various information such as news, online marketing pages
and recent trending topics which helps to enhance their knowledge and skills and also guide
them to gain various knowledge and training in certain fields.
As the main similarity between the two is that they both solve the problems of users by
providing information regarding their surfing. As both the application are suitable for the
business specially the companies want to prefer the proper email facility, in that case gmail is the
best way and due to changes in time the services of email are also upgrading. They providing
more frequent and fast services to the companies (Gretter and Yadav, 2016). As every companies
prefer that there data are secured and the information which they are relevant with their clients
are also safe, in such matter gmail is the best way if the companies deal their business activities
through email. Gmail also provide a new service in the form of video chat system which is most
effective manner and helps in effective decision if they are dealing with the person who are far
away from that place.
LO 4 Skills needed for evaluation of online resources
After selecting various online resources it is compulsory for the user to evaluate all the
resources. Evaluation of resources helps users in identifying reliability, accuracy, effectiveness
and authenticity of the resources. By evaluation of online resources an individual can easily find
out relevant data and helps students in preparation of a quality assignment (Dwyer, 2016). With
evaluation an individual can check that selected resources are trustworthy or not. Various skills
are required while evaluation of online resources as 1st individual is required to analyse name of
the authors and name of the publishers. Further below described skills are essential for
evaluating effective online resource-

Authority- This is the 1st skill an individual must develop while selecting online resources
according to which user has to collect information related to the author of content and which type
of organisation is related to this content. Further, for selecting an effective online resource it is
also necessary to check qualification of the user. After developing all these skills users are able
to select the best resource according to the popularity of author and organisation with which the
web page is related(Goldie, 2016).
Accuracy- It is also essential for users to check that whether the information is listed or
not because with that individual can search it on other sites also and it is also necessary to check
that the information given on a source is free of grammatical errors. By developing these skills a
research can contact to the author. Sometimes sites represent such data which are not accurate or
relevant to their information or we can say a fraud data which are not existed in the real world. In
that case, examining the various sites helps the student to get the correct results and reach to the
exact matters which the helps from different sites.
Objectivity- After checking accuracy of the content individual is required to check biasses
of the content by checking evidence and it is also necessary to develop a skill so that they can
check objective of organisation who giving sponsor. This is important to check the qualification
and reputation of the author. Further, if the content is given by any organisation that user have to
evaluate that organisation is reputed or not.
Currency- This is the most important criteria because cost is the most important factor
and a user needs to evaluate selected online resources on the basis of cost evaluated in it. 1st
information available on each resource is analysed than user has to check reliability of that
information by compartmenting it with cost. If a resource is charging high cost and giving less
opr improper information than that should be ignored by the user. Further, if a resource is costing
high amount but giving all the detailed information than that must be selected.
Further, evaluation of currency helps individuals or researcher in selecting resources in
accordance with their budget. Thus, individuals are also required to prepare a budget.
Coverage- According to this an individual is required developing a skill to evaluate that
all the information given on the website is covering all the areas or not and it is presenting
arguments or not. Further, with this skill user can evaluate that the information is available on
scholarly as it helps in finding references.

Appearance- Evaluation of online resources is also depends upon the design and
maintains of site. Further, individuals are also needed to analyse that kinks related to resources
are working or not(Huda and et.al., 2017). As the site is established is not much matter but how it
looked and presented is matter at the time of presenting. The customers are usually attracted with
the sites and services which are presentable and provided fast delivery of services. So it
appearance had an effective role in respect of resources.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be concluded that Internet is not only beneficial to the
business to communicate their business matter with their clients but it is also useful for the
students, professor, public and government to search various updates happening in the global
world. As communication through Internet is easier and from the above conclusion is more
effective in decision making. As if the companies is planning for expansion than communication
through internet is effective. Online services are the boom of the county and people adopted such
services in the wider way. This is helpful through efficient use of Internet band lot of surfing
communicate with their dealers ta the time of using such services. In recent time's internet is
more useful to every generation every person are suing various technologies to upgrading their
internet in wider ways.
