1.0 Introduction
Intelligent enterprise architecture is stated to be an effective procedure for the
designing of an organization’s infrastructure. This design includes the procurement of the IT
infrastructure, Business processes as well as the information systems of the selected
organization (Rijo, Martinho and Ermida, 2015). The Information Systems are in use by many
organizations to overcome the related complexities that arises in the organization while the
organization is trying to achieve their desired goals.
The Australian Federal Government specifies the architecture plan for the effective
implementation of the EIARA architecture which are supposed to enhance the services that
are offered by the E-Governing System of Australia. The government of Australia is also
trying to implement the intelligent enterprise architecture that will put a positive impact
regarding the working of the connected government of Australia (Kotusev, 2016).
The structure of the assignment is mainly divided into two phases. Firstly, the phase
deals with the implementation of the intelligent enterprise architecture plan. Secondly the
implementation of the EIARA in the infrastructure of the connected government is assessed
as well as the suggested implementation framework is also provided in respect to the E-
Governing System.
2.0 Intelligent Enterprise Design
The business vision that is viewed in respect to the E-Governing System of Australia
puts focus on many aspects for the effective business vision of the organization. The
government of Australia wants to pursue a seamless interaction with the citizens of
Australia by the end of 2020. The implementation of the intelligent architecture will
enhance the citizens of Australia to facilitate themselves with the offered services from the
government. The Australian government desires to implement an open source architectural
framework with the respect of intelligent enterprise architecture. This effective framework
is intended to fulfil the preferences of the citizens of Australia via the continued interaction
(Zimmermann
et al., 2018). This architecture also focuses on the collaborating services such
as businesses, individuals as well as the communities present in Australia. This will enhance
the operability of the government to be much smooth as well as more responsive regarding
the services they offer.
The Information Analysis Systems generally focuses on various Focus Areas. These
focus areas are defined on the basis of three significant methodologies: Sense and Respond,
Historical Reporting as well as Shape and anticipation. The two focus areas that will be
evaluated in this report are clearly stated below along with brief descriptions.
2.1 Function 1: Events
The identification and the analysis of the facts that arises in the connected
government of Australia are said to be summarized as Events. These events deals with the
timely analysis of the aspects that are arising in an organization and also enhances the
identification of the events that can arise in the selected organization in the near future. The
emerging events as well as the events already going through the organization are tracked in
a real time basis for the evaluation and assessment of similar events in near future. The

2.2 Function 2: Performance and Risks
The focus area, defined as the Performance and Risks needs an increased focus
regarding the implementation of the above stated design infrastructure. This functional area
focuses on the performance measurement of the Australian Government as well as it also
focuses on the measurement of the risk factors that occurs in the organization. The report
regarding the performance as well as risks are analysed after the system analysis design as
offered by the E-Governing System of Australia (Kaddoumi and Watfa, 2016). The
methodologies anticipated regarding this functional area are said to be the proper steps of
actions that are adapted by the organization to avoid the risks emerging in the organization.
Thus the strategies to mitigate the risks will be said to enhance the performance regarding
the services as offered by the organization. Thus form the above discussion it can be
deduced that the stated functional areas are well connected to each other. The successful
implementation of the intelligent enterprise architecture can evaluate the events as well as
decide the vulnerabilities present in the system. The actions to mitigate such risks should be
focused on a high priority and the organization should overcome this situations for the
identification of such risks. Therefore, the above stated functional areas needs more focus
regarding the implementation of the intelligent enterprise architecture for the e-governing
systems of Australia (Srinivasan, 2016).
3.0 Enterprise Information Architecture Reference Architecture
The Services provided by the government of Australia as well as processes of the
Government are information driven. This enhances the Australian Government for
constantly and dynamically collecting the data and then further processing it for building up
a structured information (Zimmermann
et al., 2016). This structured information can be
used to for carrying out specific tasks. The Enterprise information Architecture Reference
Architecture basically works as a framework which will increase the level of collection of
data as well as accessing it for future aspects. Moreover, it can be said that the collected
information will facilitate the Australian government to make critical decisions regarding the
citizens of Australia that are facilitated by the organization. The EIARA is said to be an
enhanced tool that connects the business with the overall strategy of the connected
government of Australia with respect to the information system implementation. This
framework mainly structured with three components that are undertaken for implementing
the Information systems in the Australian E-Governing System. The below stated image

The implementation of the enterprise information design in the information systems
of the Australian E-Governing systems has certain benefits. These are discussed below:Simplification of Enterprise Architecture: The EIARA provides the organization to operate
with much lower costs for running its business functionalities. In addition to this the
architecture also helps the organization to distribute the abilities of each employee present
in the organization in such way that the organizational performance gets enhanced. This will
resemble the reduction of the costs for the managerial purposes (Cretu, 2016). The
workforce is enhanced by the flexibility of the employees working in the organization. The
implementation of this architecture will also reduce the redundancies that occurs in an
organization resulting in the rise of the production level of the organization. Moreover with
the implementation of EIARA the level of production of the organization as well as the
services provided by the organization also gets enhanced.Effective Enhancement in IT operation: The implementation of the EIARA relates to the
enhancement of the development procedure of the software. It also reduces the
maintenance cost of the softwares. The application portability features present in the
software improves the organization’s interoperability (Ahmadi
et al., 2019). For the E-
Governing system of Australia the EIARA implementation will enhance the accessibility of
the system for both the government as well as the citizens of Australia. Since the connection
of the government enterprise and the citizens are well structured regarding the
implementation it can be easily deduced that the network infrastructure of the e-governing

persuaded by any organization hence enabling the organization to provide effective
solutions as well as services to overall stakeholders of the organization. But the
implementation of the EIARA also needs to be customized for the Australian e-governing
systems as to put an effective and positive impact of the overall services provided by the
government.
The need for the customized implementation of EIARA in the E-governing systems of
Australia are briefly discussed below:Instrumented: The usage of the automated sensors are needed in the connected
government environment of Australia as this can enhance the continuous monitoring of the
materials, assets, environment as well as the people of Australia (Luo, Fu and Liu, 2016). This

The EIARA framework with respect to the connected Government of Australia has
various dimensions as related to the impact of the sections for the services of the
government (Chorafas, 2016).

which the implementation is adhered by the connected government of Australia.Functional area: This area deals with the where, how and when of the implementation is
concerned with e- governing systems of Australia (Vargas
et al., 2016).Informational area: This area deals with the information regarding the various things,
situations as well as the citizens of Australia.Organizational area: This area deals with the persons that are employed as the employees

5.0 Conclusion
The stated report helps in the analysis of the features regarding the intelligent
enterprise design implementation of the e-governing systems of Australia. The
implementation of the EIARA also leads to the enhancement of the connected government
infrastructure regarding the government of Australia. This report deals with the facilities as
provided by the implementation of such designs in the infrastructure of the government of
Australia. The offered facilities via the intelligent design is expected to cope with the
customer satisfaction of Australia. Thus, it can be concluded that the above stated
architectures will be effective in the near future for the Australian E-Governing Systems.
