This report will also identify the benefits of interpersonal approach as astudent Registered Nurse participating in Mr. Henderson’s care.TASK 1Inter professional Collaborative PracticeInter professional collaborative practice refers to the method of improving the patientsdoctors outcomes by developing the medical students into future professionals who can performtheir work with the required efficiency and care. This approach is very useful for the medicalprofessionals in developing the present students through appropriate training and developmentprograms. These training and development programs are very helpful in improving theperformance of medical professional through which they can extra motivate themselves. Throughthe training, they can prepare themselves for the future implications so that they can handle themin an effective manner. There are several models of this approach which are used by the medicalprofessionals and students for improving the skills of subordinates.According to Ryan M. Butler, (2017) Academic-Practice Inter professional EducationModel is a very useful framework for the medical professionals for the development ofteamwork strategies and processes so that the communication among the medical students andmembers can be enhanced. This model is also useful in clarifying the roles and responsibilities tothe team members in an effective manner. The inter professional collaborative practice modelstates that the relationship among the patient, student teams, out-patient clinic staff etc. should bemaintained for getting the desirable and improved outcomes.
