Multinational Hospitality company which is
headquarter in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England.
The company deals in Hospitality industry which
was incorporated in 2003 by Juan Treippe. The
company is having more than 5400 hotels, 4433 are
operated under franchise agreements. The
intercontinental hotel has 842,759 guest rooms and
5,656 hotels across nearly 100 countries.

products and services that allow them to leverage
both tangible and intangible elements in their
operations.
They are becoming a destination where businesses
are constructing numerous attractions and services in
order to deliver a valuable experience to their visitors
and enhance visitor visits. Intercontinental hotel is a
hotel that is working on fostering sustainable tourism
in its business in order to increase global travel in a
significant way Intercontinental hotels are airing
their company functions and operations using this
method, allowing them to expand and succeed in a
sustainable manner. Green hotels also provide a
variety of eco-tours. As a result, the corporation
intends to construct waterfalls, mountains, and
forests within its space. This also benefits the hotel
because their customer base will grow as customers
will be drawn to the attractiveness and book rooms
to stay there.

implement sustainable practices for reducing the

The other issue that Intercontinental
Hotel is dealing with is that their
booking ratio is decreasing day by day
owing to government restrictions. The
government established restrictions
and rules that prevented people from
travelling, resulting in a poor profit
margin. In post pandemic, it is critical
for Intercontinental hotels to focus on
developing tactics that will help them
attract the greatest number of
customers and increase their
profitability.
