wrong by providing fewer details to people for addressing works which is created mess for
people in order to complete work. This is not a proper way to provide details in bulk. Through
that various mistakes are created and also one most the important think people are not able to
complete their task and work in proper manner.
How could help Mark better understand this cross-cultural problems.
A culture clash for the same sort occurs as soon as two people for get together, in that
people are working together in companies, but they are belongs with other culture. This creates
various problems and issues for people in order to complete tasks in effective manner (Effective
Cross-Cultural Communication, 2016). Here is mention some ways for Mark to understand this
cross-cultural problem in effective manner b y understanding people and their point of views for
address work as well as their working style. Avoid the slang and speck slowly in English
Language which is common and help to understand the cross-cultural problems (Huang and
Crotts, 2019). Through that Mark able to understand the individual words which have said not to
the context or meaning as per the results.
