Motive of the current project is to renovate the existing place due to the existing problems
faces by the owner (Roiger, Jenkinson Robert Keith, 2016). Needs of this project consists of up
gradation of the place as per the modern styles as the owner wants to modify its current place to
get rid of all its problems and issues.

Interior changes is to be incurred in the existing place as according to the requirements of
the clients with the help of an interior designer which is expert in fulfilling all the requirements
of its clients within a given budget, timeline, area (Demirkan and Afacan, 2018). The given
project’s budget given by the client is $2M. This project will get completed in 3 months.
3 JUSTIFICATION
3.1 BUSINESS NEED
The need of the client in this project is to renovate its current place as they are getting
problem in living in the house as the interior of the house is very traditional, the ceiling is
getting damaged, leaking of pipes, no safety of the place, old furniture’s, lack of organized space
(El-Khatib, 2018). Interior designer will; create an organized space for its clients by knowing the
requirements of its clients.
