MAIN BODY Introduction to international business and communication International business is the wide term which is used for the exchange of the good and services beyond the boundaries. The international business includes export and import of the commodity in order to generate the revenue for accomplishing the personal as well as professional goal. The international business is incomplete without the effective communication because of lack of communication the organisation is not able to determine the need and wants of the consumers in inappropriate for satisfy them.Along with the assistance of the of communication the business enterprise is able to exchange the product and services in adequate manner(Britchenko and Levchenko, 2021). In order to enter the new market, the communication helps in understanding the culture and the market trends of the marketplace. Due to that feature, it is easy to bifurcate the main differences between company. Basically, in the operation of international business enterprises it is important to have communication between the employees and manager of the organization. In general, the communication is the way to exchange the ideas and the views of the people. Further it helps in bringing the creativity and innovation at workplace. The business enterprise isonly successful when the customer and employees are satisfied. In context to that with the healthy communication the manager is able to resolve the personal as well as professional problems of the employees and customer.For the international business the communication is the way for increasing the awareness about the productivity of the brand and attract various buyers toward the company.

The people of the Nepal speak Nepalis language which also known as Gokhale(Szkudlarek, and et.al 2020).. It is multi religious country which is having demographic trends. For instance, the three fifth of the population of Nepal are in the age of 30 years due to that the Nepal is considered as the country of young Nepal . The economy of the Nepal is highly depended on the import of the product and services of basic resources. For instance, the country import fuels, construction material, metal, consumers good and export rice, timber, jute and textile in context to get higher returnsfrom the marketplace.Along with that the organizationishaving good business relationship with the different international boundaries for operating the business effectively and easily(Chevik, 2020).The Nepaliauthority provide opportunity to various companies for operating and providing services to the consumer or the citizen of nation in adequate manner. As per the records the gross domestic production of the country is $4007 in 2020 as per the record and 29,136,808 people stay in the country.
