The HR practices are very important for an
organisation in order to hire talented and
potential employees. In context to HSBC
Holding Plc, is the largest multinational
investment bank of Europe. They uses
effective HR practices that can help the
company to obtain right people for right job.

Recruitment and selection
In order to get right people for the right job the first motive of the HR the specifications of the company
and the job description. While there are many ways to due the process of recruitment and selection but the
HR management needs to find the right process that can help and some of the processes are panel based
interview, better advertising, video interview, be selective all these methods can be used in order to do the
process of selection and recruitment. Hiring the right people for right job can not only increase the
productivity of the employees but also will boost the performance of the company by approximately 400
percent.
