INTRODUCTION
Human resource plays a very vital and effective role in growth and development in the
actions and setting up of the activities. Especially, on the international level, the handling of the
work force and employees is very important. Maintaining the workforce on an international level
will help in improving performance of an enterprise. This will help in meeting the needs and
demands of the organisation which will help in carrying out business operations. The present
