globalization all over the world the organization want to expand their business globally. Order to

Hello fresh is largest main provider of United States in which the company wants to expand their
business in international market. For this purpose the company's planning to launch their product
Green Chef in Netherland to attract more and more customers towards their organization. This
report contains the market entry strategies used by hello fresh to enter in the market of

is observed by hello fresh that if ALDI will sell the products of green fresh in their so many
stores then it will provide a good publicity to the organization (Crab, 2020). The company also
consider the current trend of bulk buying in which the customers of current market more uses

use their website in order to take online orders directly from their customers and know the
demand of their production services in the country. When the product and services of the
company with the label green chef will be displayed in the retail store of ALDI it will attract
more and more customers towards their products and will result in increase of their sales
(Franzolini, 2020). Several benefits to the company Green Chef from this arrangements are

product and is a best way to promote the brand effectively.

venture are ready to share their profits and losses together. With the help of joint venture with

In order to select cost effective method for the company hello fresh observed that green
chef could enter into direct arrangement with ALDI which is the leading supermarket of
Netherland. As they have physical stores available in the market they can have good customers
for their products with least promotion cost.
