INTRODUCTION
To deal with the process of internationalisation the organisation will have to undergo specific
means that will have to be entitled. This means will have to be such that they will have to bring
forth the onset of criteria that are to be dealt in order to make sure that the approaches are
worked upon to the betterment of the organisation (Morais and Ferreira, 2020). The assessment
will deal with several challenges as well as approaches of internationalisation that will help to
cope up with the success and origination of the organisation that is planning to initialise its base
on an international level. The organisation that is chosen for this assessment is Ingenuity which
is in London. This organisation is a small company that is operating on a whole to derive the
simplest means of providing business solutions. The prospect of internationalisation is put forth
in this report.
STRATEGIES TO GO INTERNATIONALLY
The process of internationalisation is one of the derivable aspects that will bring in the kind of
growth prospect that the organisation is usually dealing with. For this the company will have to
have a complete target of the expansion strategy and the sustainable opportunities that will have
to bring forth the strategic orientation that the market entry usually comprises. For this there will
have to be some preparatory measures which are to be initiated in order to make sure that the
global expansion is made possible (Galloway and et.al, 2020). Some of the few techniques as
well as strategies that are to be incorporated are as follows:
Pick the right partners: expanding on international basis it is first essential to pick the right
partners to deal with the global expansion criteria. Being a small organisation, the company will
have to aim for a better partner such that a complete experience towards growing would
eventually be gratified. There is a gratification that is brought forth with respect to an
understanding only when the organisation comes in partnership with the other companies that
has already a base in the international market. This can also be the one that will fall into the
business regulations as well as the talent that has already been attained (Saridakis and et.al,
2019). Having a best partnership in the international level the potential concept can therefore be
adopted on a clear basis and the organisation can move ahead in the terms of development.
Clear product and service strategy: while going on an international basis the organisation will
first have to develop a product strategy that will comprise of the conception that they will have to
end title. This is one of the important criteria because without an inception towards how far
