INTRODUCTION
Modern workplace environment are now far more than just having a collection of the
latest technical gadgets at your finger tips. Modern workplace environment evolving at lightning
speed with distributed teams, brand new business models and complex security issues. In modern
times, companies has been focus on the digital tools that connect and support employees into
more far better way. In present modern environment businesses having such a different form of
areas under which they influence their own productive level collectively. Present report will be
base on the Kellogg's where the study will further outline the concept of workplace environment
and how it helps to build the company supportive culture. However, the study also explains
about the concept of leadership and management behaviors in order to support with some
theories and models. Therefore, the study also will cover the importance of group and team
behaviors in the workplace environment. At the end of the segment of the report will support the
role of motivation and perception by following the some methods and theories.

Kellogg's :
Kellogg's is the global brand which manufacturing food products. Also, a Kellogg's
expanded to include many other products or brands as well under its one umbrella. It is an
American multinational brand which already has been spread across the world. Kellogg's is
famous for cookies, crackers, toaster pastries (Slater, 2015). Kellogg's marketed their products
or services in over 180 countries.
Vision : Kellogg's vision is to explore the food opportunities through expanding the brands
value.
Purpose : Kellogg's dream to nourishing families and customers with high quality standards.
However, the present project under line the importance of workplace environment and
how people spend a considerable part of their lives at work (Szczepańska-Woszczyna, 2015). So
it is not surprising that they expect to be rewarded and satisfied with the job performed by them.
The success behind Kellogg's is to motivated by a passion for people, quality and
innovativeness.
Project will further underline the Kellogg's work culture background and how they
influenced to the other activities and goals in order to meet the aims and objectives of the
company (Widmann and Mulder, 2018). Along with that, present case study briefly explains

how Kellogg's maintains the workplace environment and motivates people and their employees.
In business environment motivational theories play a most essential role to develop the great
workplace environment. In order to support the workplace environment, Kellogg's has already
supported with good motivational concepts and also applying the best management practices like
scientific management. Furthermore, project will explains about the importance of management
theories and approaches that company adopts for the further effective areas.
Therefore, Kellogg's also using Maslow motivation theory in order to encourage
employees towards the productive work commitments (Herzberg, 2017). Also it helps to analyse
the actual needs and wants of the potential employees within the workplace environment. In the
case study of Kellogg's is explains about the concept of business opportunity to build up the new
information targets and also makes the business more realistic and developing. It has been
analysed from the case study of Kellogg's that employees of the company is highly motivated
and influencing towards the company productivity. In other words, physiological needs is
fulfilling by the company in order to offer competitive salaries to the employees. It helps to give
higher motivation to employees which acquire the basic needs for living (Peters, 2015). In order
to fulfill the social needs, Kellogg's operates weekly group huddles which is an informal
opportunities for employees to receive and request information on any part of the business.
Besides, self actualisation is the another important need of the employees which is an
opportunity to take challenging and stimulating responsibilities that motivates Kellogg's
employees to make more productive commitments towards the company goals. Along with that,
it helps further to express the importance of workplace environment and how it will affect the
work culture environment (Deckers, 2018).
Furthermore, In the study it will express the importance which builds the more higher
roles and responsibilities to make the workplace environment more easy and reliable. However,
the whole study or a project outlined the modern workplace environment and how does it impact
or affect the employees behaviour and their personal professional goals (Bârgău, 2015).
However, the further task will further helps to improves the best organisation task to further
implement te project aims and objectives into more effective manner.

The main purpose or goal of modern workplace environment is to develop the new
technological advancements which helps to reshaped the organisation performance and
