INTRODUCTION
Business is related to those activity under
which the owners has conducted the activities of buying
and selling the goods and services in exchange of
money. Business is one of the most important and
valuable factor of the economy because it regarded as
the booster of economy. This report is based on one
restaurant start up in the market of Romania. It is
required to develop effective report under which the
information of the business are recorded and transfer to
investors. The main purpose of this report is to convince
the investors to invest in the idea of promoters.

About the business
There are some people are present which has
propose the idea to formed a creative start-up in the market and
try tom maximises their returns. They all are agree to formed
partnership between them and decided to start restaurant
business in the market of Romania. The name of the restaurant
are supposed to be Taste & Try. It will be a cafe cum restaurant
under which different types of beverages are served along with
some vegan dishes. All the partners of the business has decided
to make innovation in conventional dished and beverages and
re introduce them in the market with new features and
characteristics so that they can achieve the attraction of the
employees.

Reason for healthy vegan food
The partners of Taste & Try has decided to develop different
healthy and vegan dishes in their organisation and only focus
on the same. The main reason for this decision of the
management in relation to healthy food is the increased
preference of customers towards healthy and vegan dishes. In
past few years, the world has witnessed some natural disasters
and covid pandemic is the biggest disasters. These disasters
has impacted the life of many people due to their unhealthy
life style.

Financial background
The financial aspect of the start-up is one of the most
important aspect of the business under which different types of
activities has to be done by the managers. The partners of
Taste & Try has decided to start a restaurant which has
provided innovated food to public. The management of the
partnership has to develop effective research and development
department in their organisation which has new and advanced
technology. This activity of the management requires huge
amount of funds and they decided to talk with different
investors which can invest in their business idea.

Organisational structure
It refers to the nature of the business under the business
organisation has followed the rules and regulation of the
business. There are different types of business structure are
present in the market such as company, sole trader, partnership
and many more. It depends upon the nature and size of the
business that which structure are suitable for the. It is the duty
of the managers of the organisation that they analyse all the
structure of the business and decided the most favourable for
their business structure for their organisation. It is important
for the organisation to convince the most effective
organisational structure for their business it is important to
make distinguish between partnership and sole trader. The
brief discussion related to both the aspects are given below:

Partnership
Partnership is a group of person combined together to
conduct a business carried on by all and one of them acting
for all. It is one of the most important and commonly used
business structure under which two or more partners
combined their capital and perform the business effectively.
There are many advantages of partnership are present which
makes the concept more effective. The first and the most
important feature of the partnership business is that it
contains several members so the capital involvement are
also more. It involves the thinking and mind set of more
than one person so the chanced of creativity are more in
this condition.

Sole tradership
It refers to those structure of the business under
which only the single owner of the business has
organised and control the business. The scope of
business in this form are relatively very low
because it only involves the capital of only one
person. The level of creativity and innovation are
very low in this type of business structure.

It is recommended to the investors of Taste and try that
partnership structure of the business are the most favourable
structure for their start up because of some reasons. The business
idea of restaurant are not based on single member, its a group
idea. The more number of partner leads the more control on
business.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that partnership structure of business are
the most favourable structure of the business because of their relevance to the
business. It is important for the management of the start-up that they focus on
