INTRODUCTION The management needs to focus on establishing new ideas and strategies which will help them to become more efficient in the future. They can carry out the operations in a significant manner. The report aims to analyse about understanding the business related activities which helps the firm to achieve greater results in the future. Imperial hotel provide excellent services to the customer(Andersen, Bonnier, and Jaccard, 2020). They focus on achieving an effective growth over a period of time. It was created in the 1880's. Due to the increase of the visitors there are multiple locations in which the hotel chain is established in order to achieve more profits in the market.In order to complete this project the problem of high staff turnover is selected. Imperial hotel is not able to provide the satisfaction to the employees due to poor management. They are not providing the adequate salaries to the staff which is the major problem. On the other hand, the hotel is also not providing the the right training to the employees. This is affecting the performance and sales of the company. Along with that, in this report there will be evaluation about new opportunities which could help the organisation to perform better in various situations. For further instance, the problem of work culture is also affecting the productivity of the workplace. The management needs to take strict actions in order to overcome this particular challenge. MAIN BODY Discussion of various problems High staff Turnover –This is one of the major problems which the hotel is facing in the market. The imperial hotel needs to use various techniques and methods in order to solve these particular problems. The management needs to make the work culture more flexible through this they are able to achieve a serious growth over a period of time. On the other hand there are other major problems which can solved which includes the negative work culture(Griffin,2021).Themanagementneedstoestablishahealthyworking environment. Through this the management could enhance the productivity of the workplace by boosting the morale of the staff. They can offer better services to the customers and achieve more profitability in the market. This is the major reason most of the customer is facing dissatisfaction. The company image is also hindering in the tourism industry.
Poor pay level to the staff –Imperial hotel is not providing the satisfactory salaries to the employees. Due to this there are various conflicts which has been arise in the workplace(Inkson, and Minnaert, 2018). This is seriously affecting the growth for the company. There is another challenges for the Imperial hotel they are not able to retain the skilled employees. There are different challenges which is been faced by the organisation. In relation to other problems the Imperial hotel is also facing the problem of poor guest satisfaction. With the inadequate salaries the employees are dissatisfied and they are not giving proper services to the customers. The management of Imperial hotel need to focus on providing the right salaries to the staff to retain them and to improve their image in the mindset of the employees. Implementing the effective work culture –The work culture of Imperial hotel is also not flexible which in creating certain problems. There is not a proper amount of coordination established between the management and the employees. This is stopping the growth of the organisation. In order to enhance the profits they need to attract the customers.Itcanpossibleifthemanagementcarryouttheirworkdutiesand responsibilities in an effective manner. In relation to the other problem it arises due to the other team working problem. The organisation is also not using the new technological advancements. They are not providing them rewards and promotions which is affecting the staff behaviour in a negative manner.
