The research study examined the reasons why individuals use credit cards and mobile apps for e-banking. The findings showed that many people use credit cards primarily for shopping and paying bills, with their usage habits influenced by personal attitudes and behaviors. In contrast, a majority of students surveyed (87%) utilize mobile app services for e-banking due to its convenience and flexibility features. To improve the acceptance of these services, it is recommended that banking firms focus on making them more transparent and concise, ensuring customer security, and providing correct knowledge and information about their use.
