INTRODUCTIONResearch methodology is considered as systematic planning for carrying out aninvestigation in effective manner. It is the tool that supports scholar in finding answers ofresearch problems (Barquero and Bosch, 2015). Current study will discuss various methodswhich have been used by researcher in order to complete this study.METHODOLOGYResearch philosophy (Epistemology)Epistemology is considered as branch of philosophy which helps in understanding thesubject and deals with knowledge. In this method researcher has to classified which type ofsources are required to include in the study. Various sources of knowledge are such as intuitive, authoritarian, logical and empirical knowledge (Cope, 2015). There are many parts of researchphilosophies. Interpretivism, positivism, realism are three main aspects which are used indifferent types of studies. Positivism is the type of philosophy which helps in providing credibledata through observations. On other hand realism is the another philosophy which createssensations which helps in critically examining the factors related to topic. Whereasinterpretivism is the tool which is subjective in nature and focus upon in-depth of situations andfind out reality (Gordon, 2014). In the current study on factors that increase job stress and impact on employeesatisfaction level, researcher has taken support of interpretivism philosophy. Scholar hasinvolved group of people in the investigation in order to find out reality related with work stressfactors and impact on job satisfaction. This tool has helped the scholar in discovering underlyingmeaning of events (Stephens and et.al, 2014). This tool has supported the scholar in reflectingtheir own ideas into the study in order to get desired results.Research designResearch design is the process which is used in research for collection and analyses ofdata. It is also known as blueprint of entire study that assists in finding valid results. There aremany types of research designs such as experimental, descriptive, exploratory etc. All thesemethods have unique features and used in different types of investigations (Keutmann and et.al,2015). Exploratory design is the technique which seek to generate hypotheses, it examines dataset and develop relationship between variables. On other hand experimental design is anothertype of method in which scholar tries to make changes in situations through experiments. In this1
