b. Policies in organisation:
i. Sustainability policy- The policy in this organisation outlines for the commitment
into the organisation’s environmental and also social practices, in all the areas of
operations and areas of contracts of the organisation (Nurmandi & Kim, 2015).
The policy includes office lighting, heating in office and cooling in office, water
usage, power supply, the consumables, procurement policies, waste management,
and travel of the office staffs, travel procedures and solution procedures (Tang,
Xiong & Wang, 2016).
ii. Procurement policy- The policy is implemented into the organisation for meeting
the requirements including value for money, practises of good management,
legislative compliance, transparency, and probity and also the responsibilities of
the environment (Smith et al., 2016). The main purpose of the policy is ensuring
all the activities including purchase and contract:
 Legal
 Accountable, auditable and transparent
