The paper has also been associated with putting forward of the potential challenges which are faced along with emphasizing upon the interoperability and the integration of the aspects in the Shop floors and Plant layer systems.This paper is associated with putting forward of a complex systematic architecture which is seen to be associated with allowing the aggregation of the data which are generated by the industrial Internet of things along with the automated reactions that the manufacturing environments are having which is associated with either including the detection and diagnosis or is including the prediction of events depending upon the data. The paper is associated with highlighting the potential challenges which mainly includes the fact that the integration of the IIOT in the manufacturing is an expensive process and requires a huge amount of investment. The entire paper can be stated to have presented a novel approach for the IoT integration with the manufacturing processes. The complex system proposed in this paper is capable of gathering the information in an efficient manner from the IoT devices along with having the capability of responding automatically whenever an event is detected. In addition to this the work presented is also associated with dealing with the integration, Asset, information and the communication layer of the RAMI4.0 architecture axis, along with providing of interfaces for the layers present at the upper side.
2IoT INTEGRATION WITH ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS Paper 2: Internet of Things for Enterprise Systems of Modern Manufacturing The paper “Internet of Things for Enterprise Systems of Modern Manufacturing” by “Zhuming Bi, Li Da Xu and Chengen Wang” is associated with discussing about the fact that the design and the operations of the manufacturing enterprises are associated with involving numerous types of decision making at the different levels and in domains aswell.Themainobjectiveofthispaperisassociatedwithincludingan investigation of the impact of the emerging Internet of things technology upon the enterprisesysteminthemoderndaymanufacturingprocesses.Therecent advances of the IT have also been overviewed in this paper which are mainly seen to be associated with the manufacturing paradigms of the next generation. The paper is also associated with exploring the relation of the IT infrastructure with the enterprise systems for the purpose of identifying the technological gaps existing in theprocessofadaptationoftheIoTasanITinfrastructureoftheenterprise systems. 3IoT INTEGRATION WITH ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS Paper 3:The IoT based Network Management System for Enterprise Network The considered article is based on an IoT based management system for Enterprise Network. The article focuses in increasing the human resources that is put in work in single NOC (Network Operations Centre) to multiple NOC. The proposed work in the article has an intention to provide assistance to the network administrator in the functionalities in networking zone. The paper started with defining Network Operation Centre as the control center of the network from where the administrator monitors every action by/on it. To overcome the situation the author did suggest a few alternatives along with UPS network interface cards but as it too costly hence its implementation is thought to be altered with the help of the construction of an automated NOC which will facilitate the NOC to be remotely monitored. After this, the author presented a few statisticsregardingtheinternetconnectionworldwide.APCUPSDdaemonhasalsobeen presented with some reference tables where the real time GUI based output is shown. The implementation method and the prototype implementation of the system has been described by the author in detail in the paper. In the later part of the paper, author has given a flow chart depicting the notification system of the entire automated system. The final section of the report establishes the benefits of the proposed system after the implementation and got certain. The report ends with a conclusion where the system is found to be enough beneficial with respect to being in its early stage.
