• IoT is defined as the internet of thing which is a
part of the information technology.
• It is one of the advanced technology that has
the ability to connect two or more physical
devices with each other.
• Mainly, this technology uses the internet
connectivity to exchange information between
two devices.
• Many companies and business industries use
this process but they also face the security-
related threats and risks.

Abstract
 The goal of this research paper is to
highlight the fundamental concept of IoT
and analyse threats and risks occur in IoT.
 This paper also focuses on the impact on
IoT threats and vulnerabilities on the
database security and privacy of data files.
 It is identified that IoT technology is
associated with hacking and data breach
related threats.
