INTRODUCTION
Job satisfaction can be defined as the extent to which the employees feels motivated,
encouraged and satisfied towards work. It can happen in situation where workers feel like they
have stability, career growth and will be provided with better opportunities in future. It is really
essential for multinational organizations to enhance the satisfaction level of employees as this
will assist them in creating employee loyalty. It will also help firm in achieving their ultimate
goals and objectives. It has also been analyzed that employees can be satisfied if they are
motivating through monetary and non-monetary rewards. This kind of behavior by firm can
support them in increasing employee’s engagement. It will also support organization in
increasing the productivity of employees as well as organization.
Organization must make sure that employees are provided with growth opportunities so that
they will be satisfied and also they will be able to stay connected with organization (Lu and
et.al., 2016). This aspect will support company in achieving their ultimate goals and objectives.
This will support firm in achieving their long term as well as short term goals and objectives. If
employees in organization are unsatisfied this will make them leave jobs and will increase
turnover. It is really essential for employees to increase job satisfaction as this will support
multinational organization in increasing their revenue and profit. It will increase positivity in
mind of employees by doing word of mouth publicity. Job satisfaction can increase brand
reputation and equity. It will also help in improvising the efficiency and productivity of
company. Job satisfaction can also assist in engaging employees that will improve the quality of
