Job satisfaction can be defined as the extent to which the employees feels motivated,
encouraged and satisfied towards work. It can happen in situation where workers feel like they
have stability, career growth and will be provided with better opportunities in future. It is really
essential for multinational organizations to enhance the satisfaction level of employees as this
will assist them in creating employee loyalty. It will also help firm in achieving their ultimate
goals and objectives. It has also been analyzed that employees can be satisfied if they are
motivating through monetary and non-monetary rewards. This kind of behavior by firm can
support them in increasing employee’s engagement. It will also support organization in
increasing the productivity of employees as well as organization.
Organization must make sure that employees are provided with growth opportunities so that
they will be satisfied and also they will be able to stay connected with organization (Lu and
et.al., 2016). This aspect will support company in achieving their ultimate goals and objectives.

Research strategy: It is that type of planning which can be used by researchers so that they
can find out the solutions to problems. Present research will make use of descriptive technique so
that the study can be conducted in proper manner. This will help researchers in analysing the
facts and figures related to strategy.
Data collection: It means collecting, analysing and interpreting the data. There are two
types of data collection method. One is primary and other one is secondary. Primary means that
information is been collected by making use of surveys, questionnaires and other methods. This
is unfinished data. This type of data collection method really takes lots of time and can be really

hectic for the researchers. Secondary means gathering information through secondary
mechanisms like blogs, journals, articles, company websites It can be really helpful for
researchers to collect data easily and also on timely basis. Present report will make use of

From the above study, it has been summarized that multinational organization has made use
of various methods related to job satisfaction. This has assisted them in increasing the motivating
and confidence level of employees. It was useful for them to achieve their ultimate goals and
objectives, Job satisfaction has assisted company in improvising the work environment and
conditions of people. This has supported them in growing and achieving goals and objectives.
Job satisfaction has also assisted firm in increasing experience of employees. They were able to
create employee loyalty by making use of strategies related to job satisfaction.
It has also been analyzed from the report that job satisfaction has equal importance across
the countries. It is really necessary for companies to make employees satisfied so that they can
increase their productivity and also reduce the employee turnover. It has assisted company in
increasing their productivity and operational efficiency. It has also assisted firm in increasing the
satisfaction level of employees. Job satisfaction has assisted firm in increasing their brand
reputation.
