7IT MANAGEMENT ISSUES them the exact fare for the ride. The journey route and time for covering the journey will be shown in the application (Holtshouse, 2013). This business operation has been helping the company to make a new lead in the market. The main goal of the company might be providing safe and fast services in the market related to the taxi services (Van Der Aalst, La Rosa & Santoro, 2016). The journey of the ride needs to be joyful and comfortable that increases number of passengers in the taxi services. Therefore, there are some suggestions provided in order to improve the business of the taxi in the market (Lloyd, 2017). Safety measures: The most important suggestion for the company is to maintain a proper safety of passengers during the journey. As commented by Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin & Abdul Hamid, (2013), there can be several types of problems during the journey. The driver has to maintain the comfort level and security of the passengers in the ride. Therefore, special training needs to be provided to the drivers that might help in maintaining safety in the comfort of the passengers during a journey (Van Der Aalst, La Rosa & Santoro, 2016). The navigation direction can also be a major distraction for the drivers and thus this is to be trained properly so that there exist the lesser chance of accidents on road (Schwalbe, 2015). Youth generation people are the most affected persons in this scenario. Time management is the most important requirement for the drivers (Zhao et al., 2013). Drivers need to avoid road accidents as the number of road accidents have been increased all over the world. There might be a strict examination related to the driving test that might help in searching quality drivers in the company. If any driver fails this test, he will be not recruited in the company. The traffic rules and regulations need to be maintained by the driver of the company that reduces chances of accidents on the road. Wearing seat belt for both passengers and driver help in providing security to them in any case of an emergency (Van Der Aalst, La Rosa & Santoro, 2016).
8IT MANAGEMENT ISSUES Feedback from driver and customer:The feedbacks of the drivers and customers are important forthedevelopmentthebusinessinthemarket.Thefeedbacksofthedrivershelpin understanding views and problems of a driver (Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin & Abdul Hamid, 2013). As the passenger is dropped at any location, feedback from the passenger is required for understanding the satisfaction level with the ride and driver. Feedbacks from a driver is also required for understanding the driving experience during the journey. In this system, the customer decides the beginning and ending points of their journey based on which a projected cost would be provided to the customer. After the bidding has been done by the customer, the drivers would then bid for their services within a certain period (Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin & Abdul Hamid, 2013). Online feedback form needs to be provided over the website and mobile application that might help in providing feedback from the customers at the end of the journey. The experiences can be shared by the customers on the blogs of the company website. This helps in increasing traffic over the website of the company over the internet. Legal demands of the driver need to be acknowledged by the company (Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin & Abdul Hamid, 2013). Any problem in the application needs to be provided by the customers and drivers. The company needs to provide some extra bonus to the drivers or their performance and feedback provided by passengers through an application.
