3. Communication Management Plan
The communication management plan is formed for ensuring that the project is carried on
successfully and there are no issues in conveying the information to other team members. The
project of implementing the ERP system would comprise of forming the improved functions and
implication of the integrated data analysis (Potts & Ankrah, 2014). The communication
management would allow the users for developing the improved project information transfer and

15. Human Resource Management Plan
The Human Resource Management Plan is developed for aligning of the improved
management of the resource management for the stakeholders and the deployment of the
improved functional functions (Brewster & Hegewisch, 2017). The human resource management
plan can be implied by,
