1. Overview
The project of Information Technology-Software Upgrade would be implied for the
involvement of the effective deployment of operations and it would allow the formation of the
successive integration of the improvement operations. The project would form the upgrade of the
windows XP of the 500 computers and laptops for forming the improvement of the operations.
The ordering of the 500 laptops and computers was based for the alignment of the activities for
the formation of the operations. The analysis of the operations for information technology
software development would help in easing the flow of system development.
2. Project Background and Description
The organization needed the implication of improved operations for the development of
the activities supporting the deployment of the operations. The project would involve the
alignment of the activities that would support the implementation of the 500 computers and
laptops for the organization.
The implication of the principles of project management holds an integral role for the
alignment of the operations favouring the deployment of the project activities. The development
of the successful project activities would also help in forming the management of the operations
favouring the alignment of the operations.
3. Project Scope
The scope of the project forms the list of the elements of project that would be considered
in the project of Information Technology-Software Upgrade. The following items are the scope
of the project,

Windows Upgrade: The upgrade of the windows XP to Windows 2016 is a major scope
item for the project. The alignment of the activities would also help in easing the management of
the successful alignment of the operations favouring the development of the successive
integration model.
Acquisition of new computers and laptops: The acquisition of the new computers and
laptops is another major scope of the project. The ordering and receiving of the computers and
laptops is a major benefit to the project.
4. High-Level Requirements
The project of Information Technology-Software Upgrade would require technological
equipments of Windows and License Cost, Computers, Laptops, Construction Materials,
equipments, and man power for the completion of the project.

The final deliverable for the project of Information Technology-Software Upgrade would
involve the project plan, computer and laptops, windows 2016, and infrastructure supporting the
modifications.

a) Delay in delivery of computers and laptops
b) Cost over budget of the project operations

8. Specific Exclusions from Scope
The transportation of the computers and laptops are not included in the project scope and
