INTRODUCTION
Development is important in order to enhance the personal and professional skills that bring
growth and success in the career of an individual. Along with this the leaders plays significant
role in order to enhance their personality that impacts the overall success of company. In this
context leadership is essential as it is useful in implementing prominent Insight regarding the
business for the overall development of employees. In relation with this the below presentation is
based on the leadership styles of Jeff Bezos who is the CEO of Amazon that is the American
multinational company and also put emphasis on the E-Commerce digital marketing Cloud
Computing artificial intelligence and many more.
Different types of leadership styles
Autocratic leadership style: According this leadership style the leaders make from and
decisions without considering their subordinates. In this context the leader has the centralised
power and decision making with itself. The leader gives order assign task and duties without
asking their employees and considering their skills as well. Therefore the leader takes full
authorities and assumes full responsibility. It is considered as the negative leadership depends on
the threats and punishment. The subordinates perform their task according to the instructions and
direction of the leader. These types of leaders do not care about suggestions and opinions of their
subordinates and does not allow them to influence the decision making procedure. These leaders
think that they are best and alone can take best decision for the company. This type of leadership
depends upon the close supervision clear direction and commanding in terms of order. They also
it on the quick decision making and also believes on the lesser degree of delegation. Therefore
too much and misuse of authority might leads to develop industrial disputes and strikes. Hence
this types of teachers leads to produce frustration and decrease the growth of the capacity of
employees (Alonderiene and Majauskaite, 2016).
Democratic leadership style: According to this leadership style the leaders make
decisions by involving their employees as well. In this context the powers and authorities of
leaders are decentralized. It is considered as the suitable consultation with subordination and
participation by implementing suitable Strategies and policies. In this the leaders and courage the
subordinates to participate in the decision making procedure and also leads the subordinates

mainly through persuasion instead of fear and force. Moreover the leader served as the
modulator regarding the ideas and solutions from the group. Democratic leadership is considered
as the most effective leadership style as it permits the lower level employees to perform their
authority by using it wisely for their future position. It also described that how from prominent
decisions can be developed in the board meeting (Nguyen and et. al., 2017). It is considered as
the motivational leadership style as it is helpful for the employees to encourage them and boost
their moral in order to effectively perform the job. It also leads to Foster the enthusiasm of
employees by making them feel that management is more interested in the opinions ideas and
suggestions that are recommended by them.
Free rein leadership style: These leaders are considered as the avoid power and
responsibility. These leaders are of not interfering type of leaders who passes the duty and
responsibility of decision making to their subordinates and also take less initiative within the
administration (Swain, 2016). Moreover these leaders do not give prominent direction to their
subordinates and also love the group to develop their own goals and find solution of their
problems. Despite from this these leaders have the minor role within the organization and the
idea of these leaders is that each member of the company gives their best efforts for the
prominent results that can be achieved in the significant way. Therefore these leaders are present
to give their suggestion and criticize the performance but do not provide direction and control
over the people within the company (Li and et. al., 2016).
Transformational style: This leadership style is adopted by Jeff Bezos and related with
transforming and improving the conventions of company. In this the employees must have the
basic set of task and goals by which they can complete within the stipulated period of time
considering every month and week. Moreover the leaders are the one who prominently post their
employees outside of the comfort zone. In this the leader works with their team analyse the
prominent change within the team and also create a significant vision that is helpful and provide
guidance in the change with the help of their inspiration. It is considered as the integral part of
the leadership model as the transformational leaders provide the services in order to enhance the
moral motivation and performance of their employees by offering suitable connection and also
develop the sense of Identity among them (Maamari and Majdalani, 2017).
Transactional leadership style: These leaders are quite fair in the modern world as the
reward their employees for the job. For example the marketing team get the prominent bonus in
