in 1886, it deals in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and customer packaged products. The
founders of the company Robert wood Johnson, James wood Johnson, Edward mead Johnson. It
served the product worldwide. It generate the revenue around 1 billion and number of employees
work around 132, 200. Johnson and Johnson mainly deals in baby product such as, baby powder,
hair oil, shampoo etc. the company start up with business world first maternity kit aid at home
births in 1894 and this kit contain napkins, baby powder, antiseptic soap and sanitary napkins.
This reports include the ethical theories to cop up with the difficulties. Approaches and strategies
marketing selling concept. And what impact is going on stake holders, elaboration of ethical
issue. Why should organisation be looking at the issue from the perspective of ethics and what
are the challenges of marketing drugs and thinking will probably involve consideration of how
scientific research is used and engaging with doctors and concern as prescriber of the drug. So all

range of baby products. In this they can focus on all safety measures that are linked with ethical

ones. In this company can stop their operations and producing the products and also pulled all

society. In case of Johnson and Johnson firm distribute their products and services by using
wrong marketing campaign that will highly affect the company profits and sustainability within
marketplace. In this firm will focus on CSR policies by improving the health of people, local
area of society that helps in sustainability of planet. But due to the misconduct related to ethical
issues this CSR policies can be fulfilled (Hauser, 2020).
Organisation are responsible for society well-being that helps in gaining profitable results
to the company. In case of Johnson and Johnson, their overall resources are responsible for their
success and failure. To enhance their profits company can pay any cost and in this focus on
selling the harmful drugs to the people of society and get the high returns. This will reduced the
overall interest of stakeholders on the company. In this customers are the one who majorly
affected the company marketing campaign and drugs that they used. Due to this investors are lost
their returns because of this company share price is to be affected. All their big investors are
invest their money on trust but the firm will break that. Because of this drastic change can be
occur in profitability and market share. Due to the company scandal several workers can leave
their jobs that will affect operations. The company can broke the trust and believe such as
doctors, nurses, mothers who uses the products of Johnson and Johnson (El-Garah, and El
Mahdi, 2020).
Identification of key stakeholders and impact of them
In every organisation, stakeholders play a vital role in sustainability, producing,
promoting and gaining profitable results. Without the existence of stakeholders a business
enterprise cannot sustain and operate their operation in marketplace. In this there are two types
of stakeholders that external and internals where externals stakeholders are those who do not
have direct relation with company whereas internal stakeholders are those who directly linked
with organisation operation. But both affect the profits, sustainability and working of business
