business industry. In this morality, honesty, transparency is the foundation of every company and
I also believed that it will enhance the satisfaction level of several stakeholders(Kazeroony and
Barton, 2018). In this I also think that ethical leaders within organisation are highly people
oriented because in this a leader can aware about the theoretical aspect that helps in solving the
issues and motivating employees to work effectively. Due to this more and more customers are
to be attracted. In this problem solving includes the several terms that are resolving conflicts of
workers, solving company critical situation that are present within external and internal
environment. In context of my opinion, adopting ethical approaches helps the managers to
manage and organise working environment and culture where the workers are to be working.
Indulging more in ethical practices it will enhance my ethical knowledge and skills that helps in
my personal and professional career. With the proper concentration on ethical practices manager
can manage the working place effectively that also create friendly environment in the team
mates. Ethical practice also helps in aligning performance appropriately so that goals can be
attained. This will shape the business enterprise culture. With highly focused on ethical terms
organisation can gain the positive results because it enhances employee productivity that will
influence the manager decision making. It helps in gaining high revenues with long term
sustainability. Adopting proper ethical practice creates a win win situation for employees and
business enterprise. I think that ethical leaders are also play a role of a coach that develops
understanding and trust between employees which is useful for gaining profitable results. It
