INTRODCUTION
Knowledge and creativity are considered to be highly correlated scenarios
where an individual is capable to bring best performance and functionality in
performance delivery for higher professional experience into the career. In order to
gain better competitiveness and higher sustainability person has to focus on building
strengths of compatible skills with improved employability skills and diversified
projects through which a person can achieve higher performance levels into working
scenario. Report brings forward portfolio documents and various skills which are
under focus to gain strong experience, higher functional career and successful
presentation into an individual career.

MAIN BODY
Summary of portfolio
There are various portfolio documents prepared and added within the project where
the rationale behind it can be understood with the fact that it enables to get proper
analysis of all skill required to work fundamentally into professional career. The
documents underpinned include various aspects under employability skills which
determine the potential learning skills with changing working hemisphere and provide
learners to express the new opportunities. A portfolio is full working record of an
individual academic and professional career where CV, action plan and relative
documents enable to formulate hoe various new skills can be gained into future. The
contents of this portfolio are reflection writing, reading logs, CV and various
employability skills explanation which are highly important to attain in professional
world with continuous practices (Abas and Imam, 2016). The action plan will enable
me to relatively develop the target skills which are new to be built within my
professional career so as to achieve high scale learning. CV presentation is one of
the most crucial element in dynamic business scenario where there are high
competitive parameters and most business companies in today world loo upon the
CV presentation for selection onto interview. The job role in professional career are
highly focused to bring in more detailed functional skills which are underpinned in C
V, which needs to be strong and advanced with high experience.
I while writing the project will focus onto bringing new communication skills
with full experience, academic professional behaviour and employment related
purposes through which knowledge and creativity can be developed into professional
life. The reason behind writing of action plan, CV and proper work record into all
documents can be analysed with the fact that it will help me in examining my
strengths, weaknesses and technical working criteria under complete focus with
professional training. The portfolio documents are written under full professional
manner through which i will be able to significantly enhance my skills foray and also
technically work towards bringing more flexible working parameters (Adeyinka-Ojo,
2018).

The portfolio contains CV and academic working records, experiences gained
under various procedures through which it can be understood as how the various
rational functional skills will develop my future paradigms; keenly bring the synergy
of collective working. The working of various projects and assignments has
broadened my experience of academic learning and progressive functionality
through which higher gaols can be framed. I have worked on towards advancing my
skills and learnt to progressively work towards my weaknesses, report has also
understatedly explained the rational usage of building knowledge and creativity
which works as funnel to technically improve my performance variably. The portfolio
summery explains various parameters onto which my development skills are worked
onto with complete focus and diversification of various new talents. The knowledge
and creativity are highly correlated to each other to develop academic and
employment related functional skills under complete analysis which enables
graduates to built their CV, experience learned and functional training periods
through which higher focus can be generated. There is also explanation of reading
logs which are the academic learning in employment related procedures, which will
develop me for graduate employment skills.
Reflective writing
To perform better in future professional career , the academic skill and
development is required beside the existing skills and knowledge, sharpening the
methods to perform better in academic and professional career (Ayoubi,Alzari and
Khalifa, 2017). The workshops and training sessions have immense contribution is
improvement on fundamental improvement of new skills and in specifically building
new horizons for strong working parameters. Participation and preparing my portfolio
documents as part of module requirement, i realised that there is large practice
needed to improve my communication skills with strong training and i will enable me
to built my CV and interview performance as well pertaining to higher goal. I also

analysed research skills are developed as well due to working with collective team
works. Writing these documents and functionally analysing various frameworks
where i need to restore my knowledge collectively will profoundly build my synergy
to refer for new paradigms which will train me for my higher performance into
professional career.
Data literacy and technology skills: In today’s digital business world companies
are looking for employees with strong data literacy knowledge to get high relative
data on board for usage and innovatively develop technology skills and learning
potentialities (Fearon, van Vuuren and Nachmias, 2019). The data literacy can be
understood as one of the biggest strength to get involve expertise and competencies
regarding technological advancement to use the latest technologies to ensure high
efficiency and effective working pattern. Technology skills will positively build my
scenario of technical efficiency to work more advance and functionally gain the
competitive benchmarks for higher working arenas.
Team working skills: This is one of the most important skill through which i can
develop cooperative learning among peers, successfully work towards new rational
working parameters. I also learned to respect my fellow team mates ideas and
positively build new fundamental skills through bringing forward my ideas and skills.
Team working skills not only build my confidence and innovative thinking but also
gave me power to technically be more per formative in my professional as well as
academic career.
Problem solving skills: This skill will add to my creativity strength to solve various
problems with innovative mindset , potentially bring forward new functional zones

where i can improve with more confidence. The problem solving skills will further
help me to relatively develop independent learning and functionally more rational
mindset with new synergy of evolution. It will motivate me to produce innovative
ideas to various problems confidently and for bringing forward various new ethical
working patterns to highly encourage new functionality for higher efficiency. Problem
solving skills will pertain to produce innovative creativity within my professional
working parameters and profoundly impact onto various horizons while i look for
stronger working avenues (Gledson and Dawson, 2017).
Presentation skills: The presentations skills can be analysed by the way i work
towards various projects and how i present my work to my professors through whcih
they can easily understand and attain accurate fundamental aspects. The
presentation skills can be understood as the foremost important talent through which
i can develop new pertaining power and enrich my understanding for higher
development. Presentation skills will potentially build my strength to bring fowrad my
findings effectively in structured way and use only relative information through which
i can also develop my professional career highly.
Entrepreneurial skills: The entrepreneur skills are important to fulfil demand for
Business Company to bring forward new skills and new innovative products through
which overall scenario is improved for long term working fundamentals (Jackson,
2016). These skills are highly important for person to imitate something new and
bring forward new changes into business where self-independent nature enables to
cater higher success. Entrepreneurial skills need to be nurtured considering the
available resources and related risks which may impact on future working
fundamental horizons

Job search strategy: The job searching strategy can be understood as systematic
way of searching for the desired job based on the persons individual interests and
passion for long term viable position. The job strategy has to be suitable for building
strong professional career and higher growth fundamentally with various new
attributes. This potentiality will enable me explore all online resources and job
searching portfolios to effectively choose my desired job where i can look forward to
work with super efficiency. This is one of the most important ability through which
after graduation and academic profession person look onto higher working avenues.
Interview preparation: For interview preparation a person need to posses string
communication abilities for bringing forward best passion and interests forward
where various new rational thinking patterns are important. The interview preparation
shall be focused to get proper analysis on all fundamental key arenas of company
functionality, the interviewer questions shall be answered with full confidence and
professionalism. These aspects will enable person to pass the interview properly as
companies look upto more structured working parameters onto which individual is
trained and the way more progression can be enabled into company workforce

Reflection of the mini-project workshop’s contribution toward employability
Mini project workshop has been highly contributing to employability factors among
students and participants where the teachings and practical experience has engulfed in me
various learning possibilities to develop new synergy of abilities. I analysed within the
project that the employability skills are highly attributive to work onto stronger rational
powerful factors and work onto bringing stronger synergy of work by giving me insights on
various new factors, skills and rational synergy to learn new experiences. The mini project
workshop has developed within me various employability skills to develop new synergy of
working actions and to functionally work onto new parameter which will develop me for
higher professional experience along with my academic career and long working technicality.
The mini project also contributed me to potentially bring forward various synergy of gathered
rational factors and to learn new factors of working rationality and fast creative thinking
which will enable me to develop higher synergy.
CONCLUSION
The report can be concluded with explanation that employment opportunities
are highly correlated with knowledge and creativity of human mind and skills which
enable to get professional success on bigger platform. The report concludes with
