INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity is important for an individual as it will support them in
improvement of its growth and progress. For this report, housekeeping manager in hospitality
industry is Ideas job (Auernhammer and Hall, 2014). For this Marriott International Inc. is a
chosen place where I decide to work as a job role of housekeeping manager.
What is ideal job
My ideal job is housekeeping manager in hospitality industry. For this post I am
responsible for better planning, organising and developing of the entire operations and activities
of the housekeeping division in accordance with local, federal and state standards and
appropriate guidelines. For this job role I am responsible for laundering bed lines, cleaning
rooms and maintaining furnishing and many other equipments in hotels. I want to be
housekeeping manager job within hospitality industry because the qualities and skills I have
gained or acquired in life so far are a more perfect match for this position (Černe and et. al.,
2014). I have better tending detail, enjoy giving a quality service and get higher satisfaction or
contentment for seeing jobs as well as activities done to a advanced standard. As a housekeeping
manager I am liable for ensuring daily basis and day-to-day tasks are done as per the quality and
standards set by customers. This is a perfect job according to my skills and qualifications. By
doing this job, I fell motivated and happy. Therefore, housekeeping manager within hospitality
sector is ideal job for me.

managers, working with guests who have particular housekeeping needs and performing cleaning
activities when employee don't display for work of the group. I am capable for doing all these
tasks in more effective and systematic manner (Guan, Xie and Huan, 2018).
