INTRODUCTION The portfolio is divided into two parts one is a presentation and second part is of a report. The Presentation consist three resources that are helpful and used by people for improvement related purposes(Cremin and Barnes, 2018). The resources are elaborated and their advantages and disadvantages also highlighted and described. A second part of the project is a report focusing over four different aspects which are interlinked with one another. The first aspect is where an ideal job role is identified and second part is the job description for the respective role. The third part of the report is a brief summary of a person specification and a description about how the individual qualifies for the respective job role. The last part of the report again highlights different resources available to the individual for finding a job and concentrate over utilisation of these resources for facilitating the job searching process. TASK 2 What is my ideal job? My ideal job role is of sales assistant who advisory work for retail companies and a responsible for engaging with customers in order to ensure a transaction goes smoothly and satisfactorily (Fong and et. al., 2018). A Retail industry environment is a very chaotic and exhausting but it is one of the largest industry in the world who employs the maximum population and has the largest number of employees irrespective of the areas and location. As I am focusing over becoming a sales assistant which is that I will be working in a retail company as a sales assistant. I while working in a sales assistant position for an organisation will be in charge of dealing with different customers and consumers associated with the organisation and provide them all the required services (Glückler, Suddaby and Lenz, 2018). The whole and sole objective of my geography will be of becoming a sales assistant is to be very efficient in providing the respective assistance to the customers from making sales to providing after sales services and even providing them all the resolutions for their problems. This is an ideal job role for me because I am a good communicator and very creative individual. According to me I hold where is different abilities which are required for me to become a good sales assistant(Kiráľová, 2020). I have many individual holding creative thinking and personality which allows me to be very productive while dealing with customer who is holding grudges or problems against Organisation in which I am working. efficient in understanding the situation and critical thinking about the scenario for providing the best outcome by adopting the most suitable approach (Guan, Xie and Huan, 2018). Therefore becoming a sales assistant once I complete my graduation is my ideal job role for the current situation and for the recent years. I am concerning this as my ideal job role and wishes to enhance my abilities in the similar field for or moving to higher positions and for grabbing better career opportunities. As is have identified that I am a flexible individual who is adaptable in all different situations and scenarios this becomes and act as a strength for me as Asus assistant my working hours will be flexible depending on the employer and the business requirements. My working shift can be fluctuating and changing according to the needs off my job roles for which I am appropriately ready and compatible with. This is another factor which makes job role of a sales assistant ideal for me and for my growth and success in my career(Kohon, 2018). As a sales assistant There are several responsibilities and duties which will be assigned to me and vary depending on the store or the work environment in which I’ll be appointed. Job role and responsibilities of a sales assistant is divided into two parts that is on day to day basis and on an overall basis I have to fulfil all the responsibilities in order to be effective and renders my best outcomes or results to my organisation to my employer (Kremer, Villamor and Aguinis, 2019). Brief summary of Person Specifications and how I qualify for the job. A person specification is a document which provides a description of qualification experience skills knowledge and other attributes of an individual or a candidate which is important for them to process for performing their respective job roles and responsibilities for which they are being appointed by their employers. In simple words a person specification is my document in which I describe all the qualifications skills abilities experiences knowledge and others selection criteria which are required to meet posses in order to be appointed as a sales assistant in a retail organisation. Person specification document is properly developed when an individual derived from the job description and from the foundation of the recruitment process(Csizmadia, 2020). That means if I wants to be appointed in my preferred organisation I should first look at the requirements of the company such as the vacant job position, the salaries and most importantly the responsibilities and duties which I will be performing while appointed by the respective company. Job description which is provided by Tesco a specified job role of a sales assistant describing a summary about the job role of a sales assistant while working in Tesco. The duties and responsibilities which are mentioned in the job description are potential enough for me to apply for the job and to music further in the recruitment and selection process. I am qualified for the job role of a sales assistant in Tesco because the most important and essential duty of mine will be well enrichment with the customers and serving them the best experience of shopping at the superstores of Tesco (Hetherington and et. al., 2020). As mentioned I am a good communicator and also a very adjustable and flexible individual who can easily according to the scenario and think critically. I am a critical thinker which allows me to understand the critical situations such as any complaint from customers and facing a unsatisfied angry customers. My critical thinking and effective communication skills allows meeting appropriately analyse the situation and the customer solutions for their problems and providing them the best service as we required before or even better. There are several different types of resources available in the world and in the market for employment purpose which can be used by people and persons for finding a appropriate jobs for themselves in their respective and preferred organisation of a specific industry. identified to resources for employment which are most beneficial and helpful for me for searching the best job. These resources are as follows: LinkedIn-This is a social media platform which is specifically developed by the technicians and web designers for the sole motive of bringing the employers and employees together. LinkedIn as a platform there the candidates who are looking for the job and employers who are looking for potential candidates for the respective job rules their accounts and post the requirements accordingly on their social media accounts. It is an employment resource which can be used by me for finding my job according expertise my abilities(Santoro, Bresciani and Papa, 2020).LinkedIn connectstheworld's professionals to making the most productive and successful in their to sessional lives and moving for other in their careers. Lincoln is one of the largest professional network on which I can search for job identify contacts with the potential employers who are looking for candidates and advertising different vacancies. It is also in platform which allows me to follow company’s pages which gives me more information about the operations of an organisation and helps me in increasing my knowledge. Indeed-This is another top website and an application which is available online holding millions of job postings and used from thousands of different websites and some different employers. Indeed includes company career sites job boards’ newspaper classifieds association and other online sources for posting and developing a potential job list for the candidates and their uses of the application (Wu, 2020). I can make use of indeed where I can upload my resume and get a personalized link for sharing with the employees. This is averyinformativeresourcewhereIcanalsodomyresearchaccordingtomy employment criteria for searching appropriate salaries job trends in the current market so I can set up job alerts for being notified on regular basis. CONCLUSION The above report concludes that the ideal job role of the individual is of the sales assistant as the abilities and skills and the undergraduate studies supports the career oriented job role. The report holds a job description for the respected job role and also provides a brief summary of a person specification highlighting the qualification of the student for the job role.
