The ways in which a company can reward the efforts of employees other than incentives and pay
are suggested by different team members. In a 5-minute brainstorming session, six team
members were participated and come up with variant views on the concerned topic. The
following components will help to achieve desired managerial functions that will lead to
accelerate and boost productivity of workforces.
Student 4 Career Advancements:
With career advancement opportunities to the employees, there will be a sense
of responsiveness generated among the manpower regarding the company.
They will feel motivated and tend to perform in a more effective way. With
career advancement options employees will perform efficiently in order to seek
self-development components [1]. It also increases the sense of job satisfaction,
security and loyalty among the workforce.
Flexible working hours:
Flexible working hours increases the efficiency of the employees and will lead
to better working environment. The company may opt for different working
hour’s flexibility according to the employees’ performances. It will lead to
create a healthy working culture and employees will be able to deliver effective
results timely.
Student 6 Leadership opportunities:
Providing leadership opportunities to employees make them highly motivated
and assigning them responsibilities will boost their confidence. Sense of
responsibility will increase their efficiency and dedication towards given
leadership function. By providing these types of opportunities, employees will
be able to work collaboratively.
