peak of healthy lives to every individual staying within the area they are working within. The
organization carries out all of its activities within varied regions of Australia having a strong
culture of customer engagement as well as education within the field of manufacturing and
distribution. The organization has the prime objective to provide intent care with the proper
utilization of resources at hand as well as provisioning the citizens with utmost care regarding
healthcare. However, the company specializes in minerals, nutrients, vitamin as well as herb
incorporating a natural and organic approach for the development of its processes. This
particular report has been prepared to analyze the Agile method implementation for the
Latureae management along with recommendations from the already existing system,
prevalently working.
