IntroductionThe report is based on the result based leaders where the leadership, as well as the accountabilityprinciple within the corporate along with the government utilization, is being discussed. Thepaper also discusses the various ways to prevent the collapse of the firm.Part one – leadership and accountability principle in corporate and government sectorA servant leader is a phase that is generally used for the leaders who are basically the servant ofothers and they perform the work for the benefit of the other people. In the transformationalservant leadership model, it can be seen that the leaders give value to the thought and the basicidea of the other people regarding the facts and the figure within the effective issue of theorganization (Chen et al., 2015). This can be seen both have applied on the corporate as well ason the government level where the politicians and the organization leaders are the servants aswell as the transformational leader. For maintaining these leadership characteristics within thevarious field the leaders have to maintain some of the characteristics. In this aspect it can be seenthat the leaders they have to listen, then they need to have empathy, healing, awareness,persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment as well as the buildingcommunity.It can be seen that these are not directly followed by the corporate or by the government of thenations. If the rating is done that it can be seen that the corporation, in this case, is having 4whereas the government, in this case, is having 3. This is due to the fact that both the situationdescribes the servant leader of the country but they did not provide any kind of service to theworld. In the case of the corporate sector, it can be seen that they provide an effective workingfunction for customers and they primarily perform their job in the field. It can be seen that mostof the corporate field maintain the transformational servant leader model in their organizationand their performance activity to provide suitable and effective leader within the market (Seto, &Sarros, 2016). But in the case of government, it can be seen that the political party are the publicservant leader but they are not providing the suitable impact to the public of the country. It canbe seen that the government is not following the suitable way to perform for the citizen. 2 | Page
