years within the chosen business. Furthermore, type of change also consider which experiencing
in the business to develop significant advantages. Moreover, it includes current stage of the
change programme and barriers to achieve successfully delivery of change programme.

they had opening at Goring Short Hills eforea spa operates in different areas such as China,
Thailand and US. In 2011, they launch Goring Haunying that is inpired by Chinese word for
welcome so that program develop for Chinese customers. In 2013, they develop new dining
concept with Herb Kitchen in all over the world.
Furthermore, the chosen business also considered change with several steps to re-align the
operations of the hotel. Change may be part of the effective process that describe as Bumpy
