INTRODUCTION A human resource department is the critical component of employees well-being in every business, no matter how small the company is . HR responsibilities include benefits, payroll, hiringand keeping up to date to with states and federal Tax laws.HR department of the company play different function in the organization and mange the activities of the employees so company can achieve objectives and take competitive advantages. NHS ( National Health Services ) is public funded organization from united kingdom. Headquarter of this company is in Richmond House, London, England.This company is made up of Four separate systems which are NHS Scotland, Health care social care in Northern Ireland, the national health services England.They do not take money from the patents for this treatment and it owned by the UK government. This is the largest single health payer healthcare systemin the world. This company primarily funded by the government form the public taxes and overseen by the department of health and social care , the NHSprovided healthcare to all legalEnglish residents , withmost servicesfree at the point of use . Some services, such as emergency treatment and treatment of infections diseases, are free for every personand best thing about this eventhat visitorscan also use free treatment services in This institute.This institute provides the majority of the healthcare in the England which includesin patients care. Primary care, dentistry, long term healthcare etc. AREA 1 1)The operational context of the organization leaders and mangers of the NHS company are involved in the every operation of the company. They provide treatment to the patents who come in the Hospital and guide the other staff to care of the patents like nurse and other employees. They are responsible to run every activity in the workplace of NHS, and they provide every possible treatment to their patents. Their first task is to provide treatment than other things (Bratton and Gold., 2017). They guide the other employees about caring of patents and management team of the company provide training to the staff, so they can give their best and provide better treatment to the patents, so they feel good in the Hospital, and they can recover as soon as possible. Every single and senior doctors are leaders of the company, and they lead the other staff they take decision for the company and give treatment to the patents.
They also communicate with them about their staff and encourage them to provide care to patents s o they can achieve their business goals and take competitive advantages in the market. 2) Relevant applicable theoretical model Leadership model Transformational leadership theory ThistheoryisdevelopedbythePoliticalsociologistjamesMacGregor.The transformational leadership theory a contrast to the transactionalmodel of the leadership (Dugan., 2017).This they and leadership style leaders to motivate and drives their team based on the what they can offer to them. A important element of this theory is the leader's dedication to the greater good. Management model classical management theory This is one of themanagement theory (Walter., 2017). This theory focus on the companies operation and the standard creation to increase the output production. In this theory compensation is consider the primary motivationfor the employees, so they give their best and help company to achieve goals and objectives of the company. 3) recommendation It is important for the leaders few skills, so they can lead and give proper direction to the employees and make them more effective. Leaders characteristics communication skills are important for the leaders because they have to leadtheir team members and without effective communication they cannot lead them. Leaders should have confidence, so they can encourage others to achieve goals and objectives. Leaders should have positive attitude in themselves because they are inspiration for their team members. Information provided by the leaders should be clear an easy so every member in the team can understand it properly. Managers characteristics. Mangers should have knowledgemanagement theories, so they can direct employees effectively.
