INTRODUCTION
A human resource department is the critical component of employees well-being in every
business, no matter how small the company is . HR responsibilities include benefits, payroll,
hiring and keeping up to date to with states and federal Tax laws. HR department of the
company play different function in the organization and mange the activities of the employees so
company can achieve objectives and take competitive advantages.
NHS ( National Health Services ) is public funded organization from united kingdom.
Headquarter of this company is in Richmond House, London, England. This company is made
up of Four separate systems which are NHS Scotland, Health care social care in Northern
Ireland, the national health services England. They do not take money from the patents for this
treatment and it owned by the UK government. This is the largest single health payer healthcare
system in the world. This company primarily funded by the government form the public taxes
and overseen by the department of health and social care , the NHS provided healthcare to all
legal English residents , with most services free at the point of use . Some services, such as
emergency treatment and treatment of infections diseases, are free for every person and best
thing about this even that visitors can also use free treatment services in This institute. This
institute provides the majority of the healthcare in the England which includes in patients care.
Primary care, dentistry, long term healthcare etc.

1)The operational context of the organization
leaders and mangers of the NHS company are involved in the every operation of the
company. They provide treatment to the patents who come in the Hospital and guide the other
staff to care of the patents like nurse and other employees. They are responsible to run every
activity in the workplace of NHS, and they provide every possible treatment to their patents.
Their first task is to provide treatment than other things (Bratton and Gold., 2017). They guide
the other employees about caring of patents and management team of the company provide
training to the staff, so they can give their best and provide better treatment to the patents, so
they feel good in the Hospital, and they can recover as soon as possible. Every single and senior
doctors are leaders of the company, and they lead the other staff they take decision for the
company and give treatment to the patents.
