INTRODUCTIONThe management is art of getting things done with the help of others. It is inclusive ofvarious kind of activities as are planning organising directing, controlling so that enterprise isable to run its operation smoothly. The main aim of sport management is to assist the leaders inrelation to identifying the appropriate techniques so that working of firm can be improvisedeffectively. The term leadership referred as directly motivates the employees of firm in order toachieve the targets. Without leading employees properly they are not able to conduct operationof enterprise in smooth manner. Managers and leader are both crucial aspects of firm, withoutthem the firm is not able to undertake its operation. They both plays essential role in order toaggrievement of targets. The present assignment will outline the essential theories in respect toleaders and managers. This is need to be done in order to ensure effective working in sportdirect. 1. Description on identification of various theories and its perspective in application to sportsdirect. The leader and manager are those tools of firm, who undertakes their business activitiesin expertise mode. It can be true to said that both of them have power to covert risk intoopportunities. The role of leader is need to be identified in relation to sport direct. The leader mush havetrait with the help of which he is bale to undertake business activities effectively. As per thetheory of leadership, personalities attributes and traits are need to be in significant manner so thatthey can carry out business function in expertise mode.
