Management style is an art of attracting people by managing and supporting within organization. Such
as the manager of WA Pila hotel build planning and organize the work to attain the objectives within
business firm. Every business industry has own management style that help to run a business
effectively. The following management style are described as:
Autocratic style: This is complex management style in which superior does not consider the business
idea and suggestions with employees. In this style, managers, leaders and superiors have sole
responsibility in order to make effective business decision. The employees are totally depend on their
superior and it de motivates the employees with in organization.
Democratic style: This is easier and effective management style, which is used by corporation to make
business decision independently. In this style, superiors shares the ideas and get feedback from
employees who are working within industry. It help to invite the employees for open discussion and
making business decision.
The Wa Pila hotel adopts Democratic leadership style that help to share goals and important business
information in order to achieve goals collectively. Moreover, it ensures effectively and proper
communication between employer and employee that help to make decision. By using this management
style employees feels better and they performs well. There are various organizational factors, which
influences the management styles for enhancing the business. It involves internal and external factors

Internal organizational factors: This is influencing factor which affect the Wa Pila 's democratic
management style such as it states how the organization moves forward by using new technology. This
factor also help to state the Wa Pila hotel's ability to complete task and responds successfully by using
new technology that help to enhance the business activities. It involves some internal organizational
factor that is given below:
Complex business demand and alignment: This means a business organization should focus on
demand and alignment that help to complete the task. At present, people's demand are changing
continuously so organization need to accept the new technology in order to sustain in competitive
market. It affect the Wa Pila's democratic management style such as manager finds the demand of
customer, what services they wanted to add and uses new technology that help to meet with task and
goals.

Mobile and intuitive interface development: This is also an essential factor that influence
