Leadership and management are used by all organisation that help to understand the
problems of employees and provide them best solution. Classical management
theory is used to understand basic needs and wants of entity and make efforts to
complete the targets. The presentation covered role of manger and leader that help
to attract customer within Wa Pila hospitality industry.

An introduction to classical management theory in relation to
hospitality industry
Classical management theory is important within organisation that relates to
basic needs of employees such as physical and economical. Every
organisation should use classical management theory that help to fill the
employee's needs and wants by making effective business decision within
entity.

Past leadership
 Wa Pila have used administrative classical
management theory that helped to manage all
business activities efficiently.
 Autocratic leadership used by management of such
industry in which decisions taken by managers only.
 Power Culture helped in past period to attain the
business goals.

Present leadership
 Scientific classical management theory is using by
management of Wa Pila that helps to accept the new
technology and changes.
 Laizee faire leadership style helps employees to get
all informations and give their opinions.

different activities that need to be perform within industry. It used by
management of Wa Pila as classical management theory that helped to
understand the goals and made efforts to attain them. The Wa Pila's
manager defines different type of business activities and divide it among

that help to solve problems with employer. For instance, if any changes
come in market place then manager will find the reason and will try to

Technology has influenced all leadership and management
activities such as Wa Pila is bring new technology that is
Artificial intelligence and book in advance. In this case, the
management and leadership activities get influence for instance
management has to set up goals by understanding the employees
problems. And they need to conduct training and development
programme for employee so they can accept challenges. Where
as leaders of Wa Pila will motivate employees by increasing own
and employees skills that influences new technology.

Technology influence the leadership
Technology influences leadership and management such as Wa Pila
introduced from new innovation like booking a table, digitally payment
and robot services that influence management. By using this technology
work burden of company get less and mangers can perform better.
