INTRODUCTION
Leadership is termed as the manner of creating and encouraging various sort of individuals

The management consider in this report is Marriott hotel. It is a multinational and wide range of
the hotel industry that accomplishes comprehensive range of hotels that are related to
accommodation services. It is the main hotel chain in all over the world. It has total 32 brands in
131 countries with 8011 properties. This report will involve the manner of concept of standard
management philosophies that are applied in hotel sector as with various features of the leader
and leadership styles that are followed by them in respect to control their candidates. In this
report, it is clearly highlighted the internal and external factors that attracts the managerial
manner of Marriott, leadership abilities, future management and leadership abilities that require
to be improved and the comparison of Marriott with their competitive hotel sector of the
company in context of leadership style change as effectively.

Classical management theories are termed as the theories that are practice for longer period of
the course to establish the manner of the theory. As there are various sort of the theories that are
predated in the management from the previous set of the period (Liang, van Knippenberg, and
Gu, 2021). The executives in many of the businesses will highlights on this theory in respect to
enhance the output in respect to improve the productivity and will reward the high execution of
candidate’s employees. For measuring the manner of the theories that are positive for them in
respect to comprehend their business targets that are as follows -
Scientific Theory - Such theories are concentrates on the functions and operations of the
productivity in respect to enhance the presentation of their industry.
Administrative Theory - It is one of the most well-known theories that were presented
by Henriv Fayol. This section will diverged his theories on the term of fourteen

philosophies that are important for the behaviour of the business. It will provides feature
strategies to the executives.
Bureaucracy Theory - This theory was presented with several terms of business that are
