INTRODUCTION
Management and leadership both are determines as the essential prospect of the company
which plays crucial responsibility in achieving objective and goals of organization.
Organizational leadership aid in developing abilities and understanding of workers and
management make model in that workers of the company perform expeditiously towards earning
desirable level of outcome which modify the overall execution of the company (Thorpe, 2016).
This study is based on three restaurants chains Hazev, Haz and Tas. These restaurants chains are
partners of Docklands Academy. Report will assess different classical management theories and
apply in service organization. It will explain the role of leaders and leadership styles in service
sector context.

P 1 Various classical management theories and their application in the company
Classical management theory is based on the expression that employees only have
physical and economic requirements. It does not take into action social requirements or job
satisfaction rather than proponents specialization of labour, focusing on leadership and decision
making and increase the profits (Bolden, 2016). In order to that, these theories plays essential
role in decreasing different situations of management and also developing the relation among
employees and administration. The manager of the Hazev, Haz and Tas can develop
productiveness of the restaurant through analysing the activity of employees. Management and
leadership both are determines as the essential prospect of the company which plays crucial
responsibility in achieving objective and goals of organization.
Scientific Management: There can be different modes to procedure one activity which is
considering all the modes and choosing one best mode is main aim of scientific management.
This theory defines principles in relation to create people understand that ways of selecting the
one best mode to raise productiveness. Also, it describes functions of managers to plan and
control as well as functions of employees as they are instructed. It improves productiveness and
achieve the objectives. Hazev, Haz and Tas restaurant chains can raise their production through

business. Hazev, Haz and Tas can utilise administration theory for accomplishing desirable level
of outcome. It aid company in relation to improving, management structure, clear level of
employees and authorization the power to workers for completing the activity. In restaurant
chains, it can classify work as per the abilities and experience of the workers which outcomes in
raising the quality of task and earning level of satisfaction to the workers about the position

Bureaucratic Management theory: This theory is centralized to operate the company under
hierarchy of the position. Bureaucratic theory is focused on the organizational structure through

Organizational leaders plays essential role in the success of the company because it
guides and direct the employees and their activity the desirable level of business goals of
company. The team leader of Hazev, Haz and Tas is accountable for operations during particular
shifts, playing the hands of role through keeping an eye of the large image and setting priorities
and difficult problems. Management and leadership both are determines as the essential prospect

They are accountable for creating damages to dissatisfied consumers, listening to their feedback,
correcting problems and offering refund to consumers in the Hazev, Haz and Tas restaurant.

There are various leadership style which are help to leaders to enhance and boost morale

employees (Amanchukwu, Stanley and Ololube, 2015). By this employees are feel they are part

Autocratic leadership style
Autocratic leadership style have the significant control on their staff and also take
decision without concerns anyone. That type of leaders are not take any suggestions from their
employees. In that employees are always follow orders of their leader without any discussion.

and Tas company.

Strengths There are some strengths of Hazev, Haz and Tas food chain which influence
its management style including its workforce. These has an effective and
potential workforce that helps them in achieving their determined goals. The
other strength which influence management style is strategies of these food
chains that makes them able to take competitive advantages.
Weaknesses The main weakness which influence management style in negative manner is
its competition level (Bull and et.al., 2016). In London there are various
restaurants which provides good and fresh food to their customers at
affordable price. Pricing strategy is weak of these food chain which is also a
weakness for them.
Opportunities Opportunity in front of these chains are new and advanced technologies
which provide them opportunity to develop and create new ways.
Threats New market trends and changes on society's demands is a big threat that
influence management style.
PESTLE Analysis
Political Ineffective relationship with other restaurants and political party create threat
as they create riots and conflicts. On the other hand, changes in the
government and its better policies make them able to make an effective
decisions.
Technological New and advanced technologies like uses of social media for online order
create threat for the company. It also influence their management style and
functioning of these food chains.
