building to make the work efficient. Technology is having so

the position within the company. Now hotel industries are

of job in the work place and thus it changes the organizational
structure. In this change the manager is having the duty to
interact with the employees and help them in understanding the
change in technology and build the healthy relation to the
employees, so they become more productive.
Innovation
Innovation in technology helps in reducing the cost, enhances
the efficiency in operational work at Wa-Pila hotels and also
improves the service and experience of customers. Technology
has helped the tourism and the hotel industry by replacing the

their guests with the personal touch and as per their preferences
choose while doing the bookings. Many of the customers prefer
the hotel that provides the service of customized stay rather to opt
from the standardized package. In this the leaders need to provide
the customize package to the guest so that can be satisfied with

the help of application and no room to have the communication
even the review is being given online. In this the characteristic of
manager is to always have the updates regarding the new digital
technology in this sector and also make the technology user-
friendly for both the side that is customers and employees of the

In the world of E- commerce hospitality industry gets the boon in
this sector as it makes the industry globally known in the future
time. Even in present scenario also the hotels are known
worldwide. It helps the business to grow in the short span of time.
From this development in the technology now many functions of
this sector is being run by the gestures and it is similar that people
are doing the interaction from real objects. One of the example is
