Setting of goals is done to motivate the members. The domains that are associated with leadership behaviours includes ability to listen, ability to motivate the employees, ability to remain calm in difficult situations and the ability to be show empathy towards the employees. Essential behaviours: Do my actions reflect that I care about the team’s wellbeing? Am I capable of showing empathy towards the team members? Are my team members motivated enough to be able to continue with the development process? Proficient behaviours: Do I understand the informal chain of command and unwritten rules of how things get down? Can I develop a chain of command and imply it on the team members? What can I do to motivate the employees? Exemplary behaviours: Do I display confidence and integrity? Do I have the ability to inspire? Do I have the ability to show empathy and compassion?
